I was in electronics tonight and I had asked the first "available" employee if they had any Mac chargers in stock. He rolled his eyes and said "No" immediately. Turns out he was moments from his break and wasn't in the mood to help anyone at that point. I understand wanting to start your break but it would've took maybe a minute to check and see if they were in stock also didn't need to be so rude about it.

When I draft and post a review on social media of a business, usually it is to influence the business to make changes on our behalf. But, some businesses are so large and they make so much money, that they don't really care what we think. The customers become expendable and they know they are going to profit off of us, even if they take advantage of us. WM is the world's largest corporation and they are too big to care what I think. They will just disparage me and my reputation. I was banned from both stores, for a year. In my case, I'm still allowed to hold an account and shop online. WM offers a special offer for those on government assistance, called WM+ assist. For $7 per month, I can get stuff delivered and they even include a subscription to Paramount+. Even though I'm resentful of what happened, I still give them my money because I've become dependent on them for all sorts of products. Tipping is encouraged, but you don't have to tip and they accept food stamps, through their delivery service, too. You can avoid all contact with their delivery drivers and buzz them in. They will just put your stuff in front of your door. You need to take it in, right away, to prevent anyone from stealing it and to freeze or refrigerate it, if it needs it. If you take the bus, it works out to about the same price and you don't need to get dressed for the cold or leave the house, at all, which can be an advantage during the long, cold winters. I don't recommend anyone visit their stores or even get stuff brought out to their cars, in the parking lot. The way they treat people, if you are ever accused of something is not human. And a lot of the workers smile and are friendly and kind, but those aren't the people you will deal with if you ever are accused of something. And they won't let you speak on your own behalf or ask you questions. And no my ban was not related to loss prevention issues, if someone is thinking that. Anyway, I just want to encourage people to be careful of this company and to understand that what you see is what they want you to see and that doesn't represent what this company really does. It's more sinister than that. Anyway, good luck if you want to go in and shop. The whole company has become paranoid, to the point where they view their customers as the enemy. They won't tell you that, because they care about PR, but it's the truth. The stores are not safe and I don't recommend anyone enter one, ever. Not from the point-of-view of violence, but from the point-of-view of having someone bear false witness against you or try to get you in trouble.

Walmart+ and their delivery is a valuable service to me over the last few years as without a vehicle there's no better option to have things delivered to my door. Usually when a mistake is made they take appropriate actions to address it, until recently. I had a PlayStation 5 delivered, not to my building but the building next door. The driver initially contacted me and told me my door code did not work and that they would just leave it in the entry way, which I didn't think was a problem because they've never delivered to the wrong building before. I checked and it was not there, and with a baby I wasn't able to immediately run from building to building trying to figure out where they left it. The entryway they left it in was unsecured and I never was able to find the item, either someone walking by noticed it and grabbed it, or it was the driver's plan all along and maybe they did it on purpose. I sent them photos of the two different entryways, the one they left it in and two photos showing both sides of mine, different color carpet and all, but customer service initially dismissed it saying it was marked as delivered and to contact my bank. Contact my bank? I paid with a payment option that I'm still paying for, for an item I didn't receive, contacting my bank isn't going to fix that. I kept pushing to talk to higher ups, and they said they'd escalate the problem to higher ups in 24-48 hours. It's been 4 weeks. No replies or responses since. Contacted Walmart corporate, was told I'd be hearing from someone, again nothing. This is unacceptable, and I can't recommend anyone ordering anything though this service that they can't afford to lose.

Walmart is my go to for veges for my staple home dishes like onions, cilantro, cabbage, tomatoes and bananas. Then you have everything else one needs at low prices. There's a selection of anything you might need. I don't know how my life would be without Walmart bc everywhere I live, I can't survive without Walmart. My go to place for ice cream, snacks, chocolate, car stuff, clothes, electronics, and even plant based lotions. Very nice return and exchange policy. Thank you Walmart. America and Walmart is the best for shopping in general. But this Walmart in Grand Forks is not so nice. The customer service is not nice. Seems they don't want to work. The manager is not nice. Doesn't really do anything to fix customer service issues. Doesn't feel like there's much care for customers. Just protect the staff. There is a time and place for that but not when there are customers who need help. Disappointed.

Hi today is my birthday and I went to Walmart to get myself a Boston cream pie I get one every year and Walmart usually has good ones so I went in and saw that they didnt have one and the employee that was there asked what I was looking for she seemed kinda annoyed so I told her I was looking for a Boston cream pie and she told me very snarky like that they haven't sold those in forever even though I had gotten one a few days ago.

I do understand that stocks on many items are low but I was apparently substituted at item and never got the item. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but the guy loading my truck for their grocery pickup was rude. He asked "did you see your substitutions?" I said no. He said "oh, I guess you'll find out." I found out later it was one item and I know he had it on his little computer screen there cause I've done pickup many times. I've always been told the substitutions and usually I do check before I go. I've never been to this Walmart before and I don't know if I want to go back

I've gone here a few times and I prefer it over my local Walmart. There's quite a bit of stuff here, which almost always means they have what you're looking for. As someone who sews quite often, they have a very nice sewing and craft section and there is almost always someone there to assist you if you need fabric cut. My only criticism is at the huge lack of registers open. Usually this isn't a problem but when I went there the other day they only had one register open and a line of at least 15 people behind it, as well as only one self checkout area open. It was a very busy time so I figured they should have had at least 3 of the 12 registers open. Especially in a Walmart of that size. One of their claw machines ate 4 of my quarters and didn't let me play or return them but it happens. Overall this is a pretty decent Walmart and I enjoy shopping here when I'm in town.

They should just ditch the fish section altogether because It is always in disgusting shape. Tanks are always filthy and fish are always sick here. None of the employees even know how to care for these animals. Its sick, seeing them being neglected for profit.

Yep it's Walmart. Needed a few things for a trip and they had everything. The staff here are sub-par. They had weird way about them. That kind of look at you instead of helping and blocking the aisles and seeming surprised when you move their stuff to get by thing. The store was pretty clean and the self checkout worked well.

The usual merchandise is there and prices well so that is why this is 2 stars and not 1. Essentially every evening, and especially on weekends, this place NEEDS MORE CHECKERS. The self check line moves along but the machines malfunction and I end up holding 1/3 of my bags so the error "unexpected item in bagging area" won't hold up every third item. When I have more stuff than will fit in a self check, and putting back in cart isn't an option because not enough room, then self ck isn't an option. Only one regular ck line open, one 17 item line open, and the self ck means 38 minutes to check out. UNACCEPTABLE.
