Wall's has been my pharmacy for years for several reasons.I love the fact they have a drive-through that is rarely busy. They do a wonderful job of remembering their regular customers and always have friendly staff.If location is an issue, worry no more. Most of Wall's customers use their free delivery service or mailing options. No matter where you live in town, they will find you.They work hard to make sure your monthly prescriptions get sent out at the same time each month. Initially, they may be staggered due to insurance, but in no time they work with your insurance company to avoid multiple delivery/pick-up days.If you have several medications you take at different times of the day, they make it easy. No more filling pill sorters each time you get a new medication, Walls does this for you which saves a lot of time, frustration, and energy for better things.

The pharmacists and staff are always so helpful and wonderful. I forgot my meds at our lake place and it was a breeze to get a 4 day supply to get me through to the next weekend! Thank you!!

I went in for a covid test and didn’t know the cost (200 for pcr). Lori and Jackie helped me consider other options for how to get the test. Both Lori and jackie were transparent, giving me accurate information about what the pharmacy had to offer. Super pleased with the service I received at the 708 South Washington location!

I recently used Walls Medicine Center for a COVID-19 test facility. The complete process was very simple to follow, their staff was very pleasant and explained what was going to happen and how long it would take to get the results back. They made a tense situation as comfortable as it could possibly be.

I'm torn with this review as I have always had really great service at Walls. Last time I went to get my medication there was a male Pharmacist who helped me and he was I believe trying to make a joke but it was not funny. He was joking about the medication I take out loud for other workers and other customers in the store to hear. I was very embarrassed and felt like my privacy did not matter. Walls deserves a 5 star, but the pharmacists customer service was awful. Other than him I've never had any issues.
