Worse instore experience I've ever had. Manager asks how he can help, said we were in to upgrade our phones. I mentioned I want to take up the free phone offer. He said they don't have free phones. Fun a couple of weeks ago at the same store I wad offered one, but I wasn't ready. No free phones the why is it on the Verizon app and all these emails they keep sending. Well I walked out passed. So I called Verizon, Jen was the best, lots of understanding and empathy for the store issues. Well, well Mr GFK store manager, yes you do offer free phones. I gave 2 coming, the Samsung S23s. No change to my billing, I saw it on my email confirmation. $800 for each phone not $400 you offered. I won't deal with this store again. Don't like deception.

Went in 3 months ago and upgraded my phone. I’ve had nothing but issues with my bill since, even after being told it was being taken care of. This issue is so messed up that Verizon on 32nd and Verizon’s billing and customer service departments can’t fix it and have apologized for the fact that I have had to wait for Victra to fix this issue. Once this issue is resolved (if they can get it together) I will NEVER be using this one again.

WOW!! What a wonderful experience I have received from this store. Went on a wild goose chase for the iPhone 13 pro max and finally found this store that had it in stock, even called them to make sure they could hold it for me and the manager which was also very helpful and kind said “of course yes we will put it on hold.” Drove an hour to purchase it and left 4 hours later, the best customer service I have ever received all I know is Lucas deserves a raise or even become a manager because he had the most amazing service I could’ve asked for! 100000000/10 recommend this Verizon store and ask for Lucas or the manager if you need anything because they are truly the most helpful people to work with for switching and upgrading phones!

Only one staff member had to wait 20 min just to pick up a phone shipped to the store. I would try and get an appointment the sales person did not know how to multi task, he could have helped me while the other cx was syncing their new phone. When I finally approached he then decided to help and took him only 2 min.

There was only the manager working at the store this morning. He was very professional, and he worked to help me and another gentleman answering both our questions. He got us both set up with new phones fairly quickly.

I went there to see about switching but the people there needed more training they were having problems answering my questions but it turned out they were more expensive then the plan I am on.

Andrew was extremely helpful. He is knowledgeable and was able to get my broken phone to work temporarily so that my data and contacts could be transferred to my new phone. I would definitely recommend going to Victra Verizon store.

I am extremely upset. I called in 2 hours before coming in to be a customer with Verizon. I spoke to a gentleman named Lucas and he told me to shop to a different store because he hasn't had his break. Very unprofessional. I would advise you not to shop at this location! Lucas you should have told me over the phone that you would not help any customers.

Had an order for pick up and the store was supposed to open at 10. When I arrived the doors were still locked and I ended up having to wait on hold with Verizon customer service for an hour getting my order switched to a different location that was actually open.

In this welcoming establishment, I walked in frustrated because my iphone 7 charging port went out. Unfortunately, it was a little bit busy but i waited patiently and was immediately helped afterwards. Long story short, I walked out with a brand new fast working phone. I was also informed very well by the wonder full women working there on how to use the new technology. Thanks for yalls help! I will be back!! :)
