Rude & entirely unwilling to help. I’ve witnessed them verbally berate other customers for asking about basic questions and for requesting services they literally offer online.

Under Zero , had a delivery with appointment but employee was trying to cancel bc of Saturday and she did not want to unload 9 small pallets . Eventually I did by my self but she was upset bc I wrote on BOL unloading by driver .

I sent my daughters plates for her car to her and they lost them somewhere and when she went to the post office Kathy blew smoke up her a** and said youll eventually get them when her temporary plates expire. What great customer service no wonder this place is rated two stars when you have employees like that.

Frequently fail to deliver mail. Will not leave any notes whenever they hold mail or packages. Can't be bothered to check tracking numbers. It also doesn't help that they either don't have a working phone number or never updated their contact details online. Easily the least professional post office in the area.

I've had nothing but great experiences with my mail carrier and the Post Office staff. It may shock some of you, but if you treat people with respect, you usually get respect back. Keep fighting the good fight!

USE UPS OR FEDEX! The amount of lost packages in grand forks is insane, every time you submit the request the lying USPS workers we got in town will say it’s been resolved without making an attempt. I lost two packages because of incompetent drivers, that’s not counting close friends/family that lost their packages in recent months.

I am parked 12 feet from mail boxes and postal driver complained about it. So I parked 15 feet away and still complains about it... do they drive limos now or still them little cars that fit everywhere?

There so damn rude to me and I can tell one of the workers trying not to laugh when I was explaining to him about the package I deliver too.He didn't help me or anyone !He was treating me like I was dumb!!!!!I'm not doing my mail delivery over there no more !!!
