“I dislike people that give a low star rating in these online reviews and then don't provide any written description of their experience. The guy with the bad transmission maybe never heard of a filter and fluid service for the transmission coupled with the fact the vehicle was probably driven like a new Corvette after purchase. I had a beyond great experience with Joe at Twin City Motors. I'd rather buy privately or at an auction as I enjoy doing mechanic work myself to save money plus the pride in workmanship. When looking for a heavy duty rear wheel drive truck for a reasonable cost to use in my business Twin City Motors had a great deal on a heavy duty truck. Joe was brutally honest saying they only detailed the truck. I checked the truck over thoroughly and immediately upon purchase change the Air Filter and Oil. I will do a few other routine services such as the rear differential, coolant change, Front wheel bearing repacking, etcetera as then I will know exactly where the truck is on the routine maintenance schedule. Joe even sent someone to give me a friendly ride from Fargo, ND to Grand Forks, ND to retrieve the work truck. Joe never once made me feel like I was wasting his time as I believe he actually enjoys his livelihood and doesn't view customers as marks. Thanks Joe for the great work truck and customer service!”
