This our experience and opinion. and would like to share our experiences and opinions but not influence any one's opinion because they might have a different opinion and experience. My parners and I love US bank online for all of our personal and business use! The complete incompetence in Sindy the bank manager has us starting the procedures to move all 7 of our business (Between us) and 6 personal accounts and investments to another bank. 100 percent of the time Cindy gets involved with something as easy as a deposit and or other transfers they get completely messed up. I have never had to deal any business with someone that is so (in my eyes) incompetent. I know all this is my opinion, but I have never, not even once had an easy transaction when she gets involved. I wish I could understand how she is not under complete surveillance and training from her supervisors. I do not recall ever having an issue of any sorts when the other tellers serve us. All the other tellers are polite and knowledgeable when serving us. We would love to stay but with so many issues, I cannot see that happen.
