Poor communication at both branches located in Grand Forks. System crashes often, miscellaneous fees for services that banks are usually required to offer. Used to love banking here, but more recently it’s been an extremely poor experience.

They deposited my husbands check into someone elses account. The branch employee admits she made the mistake but It's been 2 days of trying to get this fee fixed. Today he's told he can use his card. We are onour third attempt and the card continues to be declined. The branch and customer service all say how very sorry they are that this has happened but offer no help or relief in a situation they caused.Instead we are told it could take up to 45 days.Best Part....wait for it!!!They will offer provisional credit but not until its been 10 days without this situation corrected.What???? We can't have provisional credit on a mistake they made and admit to making until 10 days have passed!!This is INSANE!

Extremely HORRIBLE attitudes and very, very poor service.I regret that I opened an account here, through my employer. I'm closing my account after several bad visits.There is one old lady who works here at the teller counter with THE WORST ATTITUDE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED in 4 different states!!Avoid this place and US Bank like the plague. They will NOT manage your money well.

I’m very disappointed. We walked in to start a simple joint savings account and were turned away and told it was a two week wait for an appointment. We were helped immediately over the phone. Next my daughter went to the drive through to deposit her graduation money and was given no help by the banker just a generic deposit slip and an attitude.I would really love to switch banks as this is not the first time I’ve been treated as if I was an inconvenience at this branch.

This our experience and opinion. and would like to share our experiences and opinions but not influence any one's opinion because they might have a different opinion and experience. My parners and I love US bank online for all of our personal and business use! The complete incompetence in Sindy the bank manager has us starting the procedures to move all 7 of our business (Between us) and 6 personal accounts and investments to another bank. 100 percent of the time Cindy gets involved with something as easy as a deposit and or other transfers they get completely messed up. I have never had to deal any business with someone that is so (in my eyes) incompetent. I know all this is my opinion, but I have never, not even once had an easy transaction when she gets involved. I wish I could understand how she is not under complete surveillance and training from her supervisors. I do not recall ever having an issue of any sorts when the other tellers serve us. All the other tellers are polite and knowledgeable when serving us. We would love to stay but with so many issues, I cannot see that happen.

Just walked out of this branch from cashing a check. I'm new to the area and actually looking for a local bank so I paid attention to the way things were handled while there. First off, Amber, the clerk did not greet me in any way as I walked in. She did not even ask me how she could help me. She simply stared at me. I told her I need to cash a check despite her not even acknowledging me. The entire time she never changed demeanor. Simply asked the basic questions at a minimum. She then proceeded to tell me there is a 7$ charge to cash a check if THEIRS. That was about all I needed to know about this bank to make my decision of banking with them. Besides that, the rudeness of the clerk was confirmed to me again as I walked out and heard her , very nicely, greet the next guest in line with a "Hi there"If this is the treatment gieven to someone just looking to cash a check from this bank while looking for potential new bank, then I DEFINITELY do not recommend it. Also the outside looks very ran down. I almost didn't think it was open judging by the lack of any landscaping.

I went into this branch a few days ago with hopes of, again, opening a savings account and gather some information about taking out a substantial personal loan. I sat in the lobby, waiting for the only Customer Service Representative (CSR) early on a Tuesday morning. The CSR had problems paying an individual's loan and went back behind the teller counter four times to ask questions. Additionally, the personal loan was never submitted as automatic payment per the customer's request, so they were hit with a late fee. Behind the teller counter, there were only two others, one working drive-thru, and the other working lobby— a line for days for both. Read other reviews, and you can see manning is an issue with this branch. I left after 25 minutes to open an account elsewhere.

Absolute Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Only 1 person at 1 location in the entire city on Saturday. Huge line at that location. No lobby open. Then, they refuse to cash a check because of the amount. Said I had to come back Monday and they would cash it.

I went in to change my address because my aunt recently switched the account into my name. The lady told me she couldn't change my address even though I had a paper stating I needed to go in and change my address. I showed her it and she still said she can't change my address. So I went to the one downtown and they changed it no problem.
