I'm a disabled vet and these people make my life more difficult in an effort to scam Amazon out of a few pennies. Many times they simply refuse to deliver items they are perfectly capable of delivering because they're trying to get their delivery times down. They don't understand that some of us can't just hop up and go get things which is why we have them delivered. We even have cameras on our building to prove they never attempted delivery but they don't care. Try to call their customer service and complain...you have to find the real phone number to get a person on Reddit. These people are here to steal your money and smile at ya while they do it. Thieves.

Please get new drivers or retrain them or something, they somehow miss me every single day even though I'm always home during the daytime. They don't even leave a slip on the outer apartment door like they attempted to enter the building, so it doesn't even appear that they're getting out of the truck to deliver it. The website is broken on both mobile and pc – it doesn't let me change my delivery location to the UPS store. My package was scheduled to arrive Wednesday. They "attempted" every single day of the week and now it's Saturday and I have to wait through the weekend ?

So, these guys are talented! I brought them a large framed painting and asked them to prepare it for a long trip. They did an amazing job wrapping and packaging my painting. They even asked what type of paint was used in the painting, so they could use the appropriate packing materials. I highly recommend the UPS Store on Columbia, the staff is Top Notch!

The have worse drivers always saying they missed u while u are home..I can’t recommend ups.after they will say package will be delivered the next day but it will take about two to three days.Had a bad time with them every time my package is being shipped through ups

If I was given the option when ordering products online I would absolutely choose USPS or FedEx over UPS. Packages never arrive on time, the drivers don't put your package in the obvious safe place and they apparently don't deliver on Saturdays.

Not the most reliable drivers. Had a delivery scheduled for Thursday, the driver repeatedly "missed" me despite me being home at the time of each attempt. Tried making a phone call--robot voice didn't help--and the workers at UPS put it off as a "lazy driver" and said there wasn't much they could do. In the end I had to do a stakeout in my home and catch the driver in the act of "missing me" before he would finally bring me the package. It was a large one... I think he didn't want to bother with it. Anyway, bad experience.
