A good placebto buy work shoes overshoot jeans belts flannel shirts caps.a good place to buy dog and cat foods kennels chains and cables to tie up outside your dog collars for dogs and cats dog and cat electric and regular waterer bowls and dog and cat dishes for dogwood catfood dog and cat wormers.. and good automotive dept and a place to buy welder and mechanic and Carpenter tools and outdoor grills charcoal and gas grills and grilling assessories.

Went in to buy some braided cable Hardware went to check out stood there and waited and waited for two checkout people helping a person try on different size pullovers in the checkout line when people were waiting to check out no way in hell I'm going to wait on these people. Looks like another store to stop business with.

Our family shops at Tractor supply often for our horses. Tonight was the first time ever we had a less then pleasant experience. We came in 10 mins before they closed and knew exactly what we were looking for. We were greeted at the door with you have 10 minutes before we kick you out. The associate was extremely rude.

I love tractor supply. It’s one of my favorite stores on gods green earth. Today I watch the manager of the store till a couple who drove two hours for a product. But she wouldn’t take it down off the shelf and seller to them. And maybe she would be able to get to it tomorrow. That is bad business. People drove two hours for product you have in stock. You were the manager. Make it happen. Very poor customer service observe today. Also watched my cashier. Are you back-and-forth with this customer about verbiage very unimpressive trip. Will not be back to this location again.

I went into purchase some Guineas. The lady who helped me said they were 2.50 per bird. At the check out they rang up a different amount. The young lady asked the next checker her name was Dlota to help her. She swore under her breath as she went by me. She couldn't find the correct bar code to enter into the computer. Her attitude was of disgust and very rude. She spoke to me as if I were a lier. She proceeded to speak into her store microphone " whoever told this lady Guineas were 2.50 a piece just lost the store money." She rang them up at 2.50 per Guinea. Then proceeded to tell me "just so your aware there are no fowl for 2.50." I mentioned I'd purchase here before, in fact buy all my chickens and feed here. She then proceeded to tell me " then you know what they cost." I then said there are different prices for chickens. She said are you calling me a lier?" Honestly, I have no problem paying the correct price. But she was so rude and disrespectful, that I left. I spend alot of money at tractor supply. But if they continue to employ this rude, and nasty person I'll take my business elsewhere.

Just wanted to send a very heartfelt thank you to Daletta at Tractor Supply in Grand Forks. We called down to the store on Sunday afternoon looking for an ATV sprayer. Daletta was swamped and they had just had a bit of a run on this product so she wasn’t sure if she had any, but she said she would check her shipment that was outside and call me back before 7:00pm. I hadn’t heard from her at 6:50 so I called and she apologized saying she still had not had a chance to look through her shipment but she would before going home. They closed at 7:00 so I wasn’t terribly hopeful. Well, at 8:30 that night, Daletta called and said she had just found it and left it out for me at the front desk with a note saying “Jeff from Canada” would be in to pick it up!It is so very rare these days to find such dedicated workers and I just wanted to say thank you to her and Tractor Supply! Great service folks!Jeff and Tammy

The most friendliest staff of females I've ever met. Had a cashier eating so I bagged my own clothes.. if you're a female a staff member will ask if you need help but meh, nah they just let me roam. oh let me get out of your way with that pallet your moving, hey yea im finding what i need...1st n last time here, I don't appreciate miserable folk
