Got in line at 11:00 and didn’t get to the front of the line (to the only cashier) until 11:32. It should not take over 30 minutes to check out and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Even a worker was in line and put his stuff to the side and went to the back and told the only cashier he’d check out later.
I counted 12 people walk out and put their items to the side (where they don’t belong). Not only does understaffing lose business but it causes more work on the employees to clean up from those who walked out.
Do better. This has been in multiple reviews since you opened…. I avoid TJs 90% of the time because I don’t have the time to wait and will go somewhere I can check out quicker.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. We were sorry to hear about the long lines. Please be assured that we have shared your comments with our Store Manager”
…looking at previous reviews, Brennon Schofield commented similarly issues such as mine 4 weeks ago. Clearly nothing is being proactively done… don’t just comment. Actions speak louder than words.

TJ Maxx! What in the hell are you doing?! Every single time I go into this store the clothing racks are almost bare. Sure...you might find something if you're a size 0 to 6! This is ridiculous!!! Everything is a wreck! It's is so disorganized and thrown about that by the time I'm done shopping and standing in line for 2 hours to check out, Im extremely irritated, tired and I feel like You should be paying me!!! I feel extreme regret for ever wasting one minute of my time in this store. There's no excuse for this garbage.

Horrifically understaffed. Fitting room is closed and they have one cashier working the register on a Saturday.

They said they was hiring and made me wait two weeks to say no. They were paying $12 and still denied me. The lowest paying job in the area says no really hurts bruv. I wouldn't recommend the place for anybody

The poor cashiers. Long lines and only 2 checking. This is not a new issue. Always long lines when I stop in. I felt so bad for the customer behind me. Walked in with a return and wait in line for a half hour. Please staff more cashiers. My thinking now is, is the wait worth the deal? Maybe not.

As everyone else is saying, either get more cashiers or start self checkout options with monitors. One cashier is never going to be enough…. And other workers in store need to help when the lines are extra long.

I have never felt so bad for a cashier in my life. There were over 30 people in line for the checkout and one poor guy working the line. After waiting for almost 20 minutes and the line, understandably, didn't shrink, I bailed. As I was leaving, other people were telling others coming in about the line and they were all leaving too. I hope that guy got a decent break after all that nonsense.

you guys gotta get more cashiers.. Ive been waiting in line 4ever ? I would leave honestly but i found some things I really like. I've never been here before cuz im not from America and what the fork is this service, i expect more from a store like this.
