I very rarely give one star to any place but seriously White Drug Pharmacy?! I know you’re a busy place but I just wanted to purchase a bag of cough drops and I’m waiting and waiting as you have no area to simply check-out. Sorry guys but I will never be back to your store and I certainly won’t have my prescriptions filled here.

This has been my pharmacy FOR YEARS and I’ve always had nothing but top notch customer service and they’ve went above and beyond to help make sure I have all my meds in a timely manner. But today,I experienced a call that hurt my feelings so bad I was forced to transfer to a completely different pharmacy! I won’t go into specific details,but I was berated and spoke to so condescendingly that I was nearly in tears. I called and asked a simple “Is this Thrifty White in Grand Forks” and “Do you have any prescriptions ready for me?” and Cindy’s response was very sarcastic and full of pure unprofessionalism,I thought I was being pranked at one point. I understand we all have bad days,and maybe the call before mine was someone being rude to her,but that’s no excuse for how I was spoken to! At one point in this nightmare of a call,she explained that I absolutely couldn’t expect to get my meds today because I didn’t plan and call in early enough(which has never been a problem in the past),so I said “I did not know that?”,her response “THAT’S WHY IM TELLING YOU!” and I could practically see the eye roll thru the phone! The entire call couldn’t have been more than two minutes,but in those two minutes,this Cindy person broke two years of trust,respect and admiration I had for this pharmacy and their place in my health care journey! If you call and get her on the phone,I strongly advise hanging up and calling back until you get a kinder,more helpful technician!

I started coming to White Drug after my pharmacy never had the meds my son needed on hand. I was shocked how simple it can be! They are open late so you're not running after work, they have a drive thru, and they have never been out of the needed medication. Will never go back to where I was before.

Excellent service and friendly people, even when they're staying late for those of us who procrastinate!! It reminds me of the personal service you get in a small-town pharmacy; you're a person, not a number. The team goes out of their way to get your prescriptions to you, contacting providers, and giving personal service on an ASAP time frame when I'm rushing out of town at the end of the day!Thanks to all of you for going go those extra miles!!

I have only good things to say about the staff at this Thrifty White. They always take such good care of my and due to age and health I get there fairly often.The event last night triggered my writing this review. I came in for a walk in Covid booster. I talked to three members of the staff and had a very pleasant experience. I had washed my Covid card from Public Health so after a painless injection the tech filled out a new card for me with all the past data on it. She suggested taking a picture of the card so I would have it with me. Never thought of that. Thank you for the excellent service as always.

I couldn't afford an antibiotic I sorely needed. After I left without it, Marlee called the 'on call' nurse, spent quite a bit of time on the phone and found a prescription for me that I could manage. I didn't even know she was doing it. She called me a little while later and let me know what she had done for me. I'm so touched that she went to the trouble - it was the sweetest thing!

They always have great service. I switched from CVS due to having multiple problems with my prescriptions. Since I made the switch to White Drug Pharmacy, I haven’t had any problems. They are also much quicker at getting you your scripts and seem to genuinely care about their customers.

Since going to this location I have had nothing but issues since the beginning. All ranging from giving me the wrong medicine over and over again, to being rude when I try to address the issue, and then at least one of them being rude every time since then. And then they say that they never filled a prescription for me, luckily I still had the prescription number. They were wrong, again. They also tried to tell my husband they weren't going to fill one of my prescriptions anymore because it's a controlled substance, even though that's not their decision to make. I'm sick of this place, it's been nothin' but trouble since I started getting my meds there. I know I have a lot of meds, but this is just beyond ridiculous. Get some proper training
