I had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Cindy assisted me, and made sure that I tried multiple beds to find the right one for me. She answered all of my questions, and helped me make sure that I had all of the accessories that I needed for a good night’s sleep.

I bought a bed at their grand opening in Grand Forks, ND. Tried it out for a few weeks and it was just not a good fit for me. So I went back to the store and the sales people there were so helpful with finding me the perfect bed and made the exchange such a pleasant and comfortable experience.
