I ALWAYS have the WORST experience here, especially with Krystal. I seem to getting the highest price possible compared to the other employees calculations. Highly unprofessional especially with the inappropriate talking. I wish I knew when to go to the store when she’s not there but sadly I cannot. I will be switching to Verizon because I cannot do the high prices she gives me when I thought I’d be getting a better deal.

The service and employees here were so much better when Skylar was the manager. It takes forever now just to pay my bill. The new manager is awful. 3 stars only because Krystal is amazing though!

The staff is very nice and helpful but make promises they cant keep. If they tell you your getting gift cards or a fixed monthly rate for your phone bill, better think again. Sadly too, the billing team is awful. But again theyre very kind store workers.

Went in for a cracked screen. Came out with a $80 credit towards my bill. And $40 less month. And a new phone(through insurance) on the way to replace my broken phone. They were very helpful to me!

Came in today to purchase 2 new phones... Didn't even get greeted or acknowledged. Also, their displays are old, they don't carry the new models that came out earlier in the month??Guess I'll take my business somewhere else!

This store didn't know what they were selling me. I was sold on promotions that turn out don't apply to my situation. Once the bill came through so I could realize that I was sold something that doesn't apply to me it was too late to stop my order without being stuck into a 2 year agreement. Very unhappy.

They have the worst customer service and they flat out lie to you about promotions. Went in there during their "free" samsung watch promotion. Husband was deployed and he wanted one. I went in and was told to pick between 2 colors, pink or black, no mention on the difference in sizes (given that the bigger ones weren't "free"), was told I would only be paying for a line add on to that watch and NOT the watch. I didn't pay attention to the bill details until my husband returned from deployment months later and accessed the bill details through his line, turns out this watch wasn't free when they said it was. Called customer service and they did NOTHING. Even when it was their employees who lied. Hoping to change providers soon, especially after the data breach in 2021! Military friendly? not at all.

Most rude and unprofessional staff I have seen in my life especially a lady. If you don't follow their instructions, like if they instruct you to sit/stand in a store corner, they will call the cops for your behavior. The company itself is a fraud. I have changed the provider after Sprint merged into T-mobile. They tell you the different bill at the time of contract as compared to what you will receive and then you are fired to pay that bill.

Quite disappointed with today's visit. The associate was not able to port my number, and took forever to even address what was happening. I would rather do it online and save a ton of time.

Huge thank you to the manager, Brian, for his excellent customer service. He got my wife’s Apple Watch service fixed and my phone bill corrected in a very timely manner
