Rooms were nice, however there were a few things that keep it from being 5 stars: Mattresses are comfy but a little squeaky, shower is good but tub is slick, rooms are spacious but are in need of some tlc (paint scraped off places, floor peeling, remote not working 100%). It just seems like the rooms have been a little neglected recently. Breakfast was GREAT.

Awesome we attended concert at allerus center. We walked across highway and people were very helpful no matter what time you walked into lobby! Room was clean and bed was comfortable! We will stay there again!

Had to wait two hours past check in time because they were not prepared for the amount of people staying at the hotel. It's a good location for the alerus center. It is too bad their preparedness was so terrible. Definitely made the day more stressful than it needed to be.

Terrible hotel. Said they would do a refund from a previous stay but just to get the run around with no money back. Management lied to us. Stay away. I will not be staying here again would rather sleep in my vehicle.

The breakfast is really good. We travel almost every weekend for sports, and this is the first breakfast I can say is hands down one of the best. There's a big eating and lounging area. They provide To-go containers if you're in a rush! The staff were very friendly and the pool area was nice the Jacuzzi is a must and the gym was clean. The thing I'd complain about is the trash downstairs next to the hallway it was sitting in the bins full for a couple of days, making the hotel smell pretty foul in one area. Other than that, we would definitely book again when in the area.Rooms: I liked our room it was fairly clean, except the only thing was the inside of the couch. The pullout couch needs to be changed. The bed inside of it was dirty, and my son didn't want to sleep on it. There is a little water damage next to the tub and some rusting on the shampoo holder. Like I said, minor things. Other than that, we really did enjoy our stay.

Best Place I ever stayed, with Monday to Wednesday Social evenings with free food and drinks, free laundry (bring your own detergent), a great indoor swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. Also, it's a perfect location. The staff so good make you feel like you are at home.Rooms: The suites are complete with even the utensils to use in the kitchen. They are clean and in great maintained conditions.Nearby activities: Shopping, restaurants, gas stations, parks, hospitals.Walkability: Easy accessibility for handicap.

Where do I start with this useless dirty overpriced hotel!!?? Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everything looked overall dirty (bathroom)(glasses)(floors)(Stains on the walls and mattress) We had a rude awakening at 230am when the room was a sauna and the thermostat had a mind of its own! 89/90 degrees!! We tried to change the temp and nothing would work! We tried calling the front desk multiple times and any other numbers we could in the hotel with no one picking up for 20 minutes! Then went down talked to the front desk person which seemed super slow. He gave us another room but while we were moving our stuff of course the hotel keys weren't working so we were now stuck out of the room! We finally got the cards reset to come into also another dirty rough looking room with used toilet paper? Who knows if someone was in there slightly prior to us? I immediately started throwing up from the heat and the situation we were in. The next day we spoke to Carl which is the manager and said he couldn't comp us anything but we could check out. Now how could we check out when our event we were there for was across the street with all other hotels booked for the weekend! He essentially gave us 2 options leave without doing anything and sleep in the car or stay and deal with the terrible room/workers/management. With no choice we ended up staying knowing our trip was ruined! When the maintenance guy showed up (which is only there on weekends) Admitted in front of us and workers that the thermostat is broken and just blowing hot air and that he didn't even know how to fix it!!!?? How is this safe!? I'm not sure what kind of circus is being ran in this hotel but management/workers are useless and non caring people. What if there was an elderly couple or an infant in the room instead of us!!? The outcome would of been detrimental!! So far we have had no help, no money back and no concern for our wellbeing. Management should be ashamed and retrained or gone. By far the worst hotel experience. We will not stop until this is fixed! STAYAWAY FROM THE STAYBRIDGE!

No complaints. They do keep it cold in the hallways, but the room has a thermostat to forget the cold Temps:)Great service, great location, and a decent complimentary breakfast. I'd stay there again.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. Check in was chaotic, as they didn’t have rooms that had been cleaned due to being short staffed. Working in the service industry, I have learned to be patient and understanding. We were able to get into a room well after our intended checkin time, but worse things have happened. The room was great- clean, comfortable, and quiet. The Monday- Wednesday dinner was a perk. Great food and the lady working this area was super friendly. Also, shout out to Jessica at the front desk who went above and beyond with every interaction we had with her. She is the perfect example of what great service should be. She was friendly and really went out of her way to connect with us.What started off as a rocky experience ended up being recovered because of the clean facilities and friendly staff.

I’ve been going to this hotel at least once a year since 2018. Always a great place to stay with dinners Monday through Wednesday (plus free beer and wine)! Never had a complaint with anything about this hotel!

They still have a problem with flooring. Not resistant to water. Bulging of the floor. Everything else is great at the hotel. Great staff. Great Happy Hour whenever I'm able to make it there.Nearby activities: Across the street from local venues , Alerus Center. I haven't been there.

We clicked the link on the Canadians promo ($25 prepaid visa for Canadians if they stay 2 nights) and booked a room. When I checked-in I mentioned it and was told I would get the card when I checked-out. At check-out time..no card. The lady working the desk at the time did everything she could to fix this for us (thank you) but 2 days after we left the manager still did not call me back. I emailed the hotel and was told "I didnt pay the right rate to qualify". Beware Canadians...the promo is a ploy. (Its $25 ... dig deep...) The people were super awesome and the breakfast was next level! The rooms have no sound barriers at all and need some help. But rooms are clean. Oh...no room service on weekends either so you have to get your own clean towels etc.

I came here to swim with some guests at the hotel. But it was a solid pool area. Plus being so close to Canada there was hockey on the TV in the lobby so that’s good. Most of the people there seemed happy, so although I’ve never stayed in a room myself, I’d have to imagine this would be a good place to stay.
