Tyler was my sales associate , very helpful, very patient with my choosing a mattress. I decided the one I picked wasn't for me.
With the 365 day return policy, again, Tyler was great.
I was disappointed to find out there was a 100.00 replacement fee and since the mattress I chose was a bit cheaper, I was even more disappointed to find out I could only get store credit. I am not in need of any furniture so this credit is useless to me. A customer should have a choice on how they want their credit.

Jeff at the Grand Forks Slumberland was incredibly helpful (and very patient), helping me figure out the color of recliner to match another that my sister purchased from another store in a different state. The recliner is expected to arrive a whole month before we expected it! We are so pleased! Thank you so much, Jeff!

Purchased quality bedroom furniture reasonably priced at Slumberland. Jeff was easy to work with and we appreciated how he gave us space to look around but was close by when we had questions.

Our family has always trusted Slumberland. They have never let us down. I needed to downsize best idea was a storage bed. Also, I needed to go from a queen to a full. I was a little skeptical about that. I fell asleep. Yep, he said it’s a good compliment if you fall asleep in a mattress store. The storage bed I chose was not on the floor. That’s OK. This one has the most storage. That mattress, and today’s technology Made me fall asleep that’s the mattress I chose. I know I won’t be disappointed
