Way over priced. Brought vehicle in to read a couple of service codes and charged me $160 for each code they read. Did not provide any advanced estimate for diagnostic charges. Would not recommend for cost effective repairs.

My husband has often car repairs due to his safe but reckless driving, I only come for the cookies. The cookies are warm and Gooey. It just melts in my mouth and I usually grab as many I can hold. The chocolate chips are perfectly melted and sweet. If I could just damage my husband's car to just get their sweet mouth watering cookies oh lawd it's so good but huh ig they are good with repairs hubby seems satisfied. Also I'm a yelp critic. 1000/10I plan to remove his battery for more cookies:) - grandforks local cookie monster/ yelp reviewer have a blessed morning/day/night/evening

Cody was amazing and checked the air in my tires and he vacuumed out my car and washed it. It is rare to find someone who has great customer service and it is rare to find someone who will go the extra mile. Well done, Cody!

Last week was a very obvious example of why I had taken my car to Rydell’s for the past 18 years and will continue to do so . I had the start of a flat tire (it was hissing). From the time that I walked through the door of the service area to the time that I left was a total of 40 minutes. The wonderful people who work there showed such incredible teamwork, kindness, a phenomenal customer service oriented approach and there was such harmony in the work everyone there was doing. I was really impressed with how committed people were to the work they were doing, and the way they were treating each other and the customers. It is important to note that the people who are working there were incredibly busy, Despite having so many vehicles that they were in the midst of working on, They still gave great service and performed that work so quickly. Thank you so much to everyone in the service department at Rydell’s. What I saw and experiences during my visit there should be a blueprint for companies, in terms of how to do business.

Had a great experience with Gavin and Joey from service dept at Rydell GMC. Both guys took pride in providing a great service to us and getting my wife's vehicle updated with tires that make winter driving safer and less stressful for her! Thanks guys!! I want to hear because I had a shake in my truck I couldn't figure out if it was front or back end. I was told that they may or may not get to my vehicle even though I had an appointment well over a week in advance. They said the appointment was just to get on the list. I don't know what kind of bullshit that is but anyways I complained and he called me back and said there's nothing wrong with your truck. I had the service guy look at it took it for a drive found nothing wrong. I took it immediately to northwest tire they looked at it and said my tires were separating. The radials were separating. Good thing for Rydell I didn't get in an accident. And one of my friends bought a car there. And found it had some damage on it of course they wouldn't return her call after they got her to sign. Shystie people up here in Grand Forks. I won't be back

My experience started off terrible. I had Rudy do my oil change and service check. When he was done he gave me my paper and walked away. I know absolutely nothing about cars, but when I saw a bunch of red on the report, I knew something was wrong. I asked for him to come back and explain and he said something was “wet” and I don’t need to worry. I had no idea what that met so I asked for someone else.That’s when I got Drew, who checked it out because just “wet” seemed off. Turns out it was a serious problem. Drew took care of me right away and made sure my car got done fast because I had a long distance road trip.Employees like Rudy make me scared to trust people to work on my car.Employees like Drew make me want to come back again!
