My car wouldn't start, I had it towed here. They called saying they would not even look at it without consent to run a "diagnostic test" for the minimum cost of $189.00! I say, "I think it's the battery connection can you just check that as I'd rather not pay for diagnostic testing when I have an idea of what's wrong?"...Rydell Honda, David, says, "No, can't do that. We can't even look at it without running a diagnostic test, that's our policy". I say I guess, because I'm out of transportation, my vehicle was already released by the tow truck and left here and my hands were tied. So, a few hours later he calls me saying the front Axel on my van is leaking fluid rapidly and my Axel & CV joint are bad and need to be fully replaced immediately and I should not drive it at all until I can get this fixed, cost $600 + $189 for diagnostics. He then says my front breaks are almost totally out and I need those replaced as well because my break pads are a 4/10". I say, "No, I can't actually afford all of that....did you get it running? What is going on with the battery?" Honda David says, "oh, the battery cable bolt that is attaching the cable to the battery was loose so we just tightened it down and it's all good. No problems with your actual battery." I say, "what? I'm confused, so I had to pay $189 for you to grab a wrench and tighten a bolt?" He said, "well no, there is a lot more wrong than that....also you need new air filters and the axel & breaks". I responded, I'll get a second opinion. I go get a second opinion--literally NOTHING was wrong. They said this van doesn't even have fluid for an axel, just grease and it's not leaking anything anywhere and drove it and said the axel and breaks were totally fine. They go on to tell me by front breaks are easily good for another 6- 10 months depending on how much I drive, but that it's totally safe to drive now and not to worry! They did this ALL for FREE. Rydell Honda & David you suck, you lied, you stole $189 from me, and should be ashamed that you attempted to trick me further to think I was unsafe to keep driving my kids in my van and I should spend over $1,200 to get my breaks and axel & CV joint fixed immediately---which was just simply a LIE. So was running a diagnostic test when I just wanted you to check my battery. What a joke!

Justin Brunk and this dealership have exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with our 2022 Pilot. Very very impressed with the service and the vehicle. ? Thank you, Rydell Honda!

Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Staff is knowledgable and not pushy, and the buying process was simple and quick. Also, they have a military discount.

All the way around was a great experience! Christie was phenomenal! Mike and Christie went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle to fit my needs and wants. The whole process was so easy and I didn’t feel stressed at all. Christie is so down to Earth and made my whole experience of buying a car a absolute breeze. Will definitely be going back! A+ experience!!

Wow, sales experience was awful. Creativity is lost on this sales man and team.

recently traded in our perfectly good Rav4 for a gmc Acadia and the air conditioner broke before we had it for 90 days and they won't cover the cost to repair it. they don't support military family with a newborn baby and toddler. need air conditioning with this terrible heat over this summer, and what are we to do if heat doesn't work this winter with the babies? 10/10 do not recommend

Express Oil Change is very slow! 5 cars ahead of me in line and it’s taken over 2.5 hours.

I take my car here because you get the facts about what actually needs fixing on your automobile and nothing more. No up selling in the service department goes on here.

I booked a 9 am appointment a week in advance and explained I would be waiting for the work to be completed. I guess I've been spoiled by the Honda Dealer I've experienced for the last 15 years. There, a 9 am appointment means the work begins on your vehicle at 9 am. Here at Rydell's service department, it means my Ridgeline gets into an available bay at 11 am, with 90 minutes of work ahead. Two hours after I arrive, I check in to see when my truck will be finished--I expected to be driving away before noon--the work on my truck hadn't even been started! Crazy... I will spend four hours sitting in their waiting room for an oil change, block heater installed and recall straps being added to my tonneau cover. Next time I need servicing I'll find a Mom & Pop shop that knows how to run an orderly service department.

Terrible service!!! Couldn’t fix our Nissan! Are you not a Nissan dealer? Service technicians were too busy playing their Rubik’s cube game to bother helping us when we arrived to pick up the car!

I normally do not do this but it has been bothering me all afternoon. I was Waiting for my boyfriends car to get done being worked on, and as I wandered around the showroom, I turned around because what I heard I thought was a slight disagreement in your sales office area and I directly heard within ear shot one of the sales office women, (brown longer hair) completely belittling and berating another female employee about offering a militray discount to a customer, and how if she "felt so strong about our veterans then take it out of your own paycheck because the company would not honor some made up military discount" or something along those lines. That made me so upset because i have two brothers in the military and the way her attitude was and loud and obnoxious enough to be heard across the showroom. i dont knwo what the company's take is on military but being in a city with an Air Force Base, you sure would feel that they would be a bit more thoughtful and thankful for them. I felt so bad for the other employee and I refuse to do business here and let my boyfriend do business here anymore. how can somebody have such blatant disregard and disrespect for our military and her coworkers? Gross

I called asking for a quote on adding a hitch to our Honda Odyssey. They quoted me over $1400. No other place in town is over $500. What a joke.

Deion was an amazing salesman. He worked with me for a couple hours to find the car i wanted, and even convinced my mom into leasing, which is no small feat. Forget all the rest and hit up Deion at Rydell Honda!

Will never go back. This is about the Nissan service department.. Had additional work I needed done but refuse to have them do it. A while ago I had a 100k service done and I told them to do everything. Bill was 2k but I had them fix everything. I came back 5000 miles later for some other issues and they then tried to sell me additional scheduled work that should have been done at the 100k service. They did not have any record of what they did before. How is that possible in this age of computers. I had an appointment and was going to wait but then decided not to, when I dropped by at closing time to get my cat they said they hadn't started it. My service adviser was a j*** about it. I told him I had an appointment and he said no, I had a slot and if other cars were not completed then my car would slide in time. He was such a j*** I went to the service manager to complain and to ask what good is an appointment if it means nothing. You might as well just drop the car if the morning and hope they get to it. They are alive because the closest other dealer is 75 miles away.
