Savanah reached out after I inquired on an internet search and I'm so thankful it was her!! Savanah's messages were so friendly and genuine, never pushy. She even came in to meet with us on her day off, which made us feel valued and shows true commitment to her customers.
I also got to chat with Jordyn about our vehicle search. She provided a lot of information and was willing to help answer my questions. Savanah and Jordyn were so kind, helpful and willing to answer my phone calls and messages to work out the details of our pirchase from a distance. Thank you both for the time you spent on our trade and sale.
Shout out to Kyle, we appreciate him so much for reserving the keys for us to come see and purchase our new truck today. It literally wouldn't have happened without him!!

After weeks and weeks of searching for the car I’ve been looking for, I finally found one that met my needs at Rydell. Unfortunately, they’re halfway across the country from where I live, but a sales rep by the name of Christie Johnson made it not only an easy experience and transaction, but a very enjoyable one. I’ve dealt with countless dealerships and sales people over the years and often times I’ve found that they would rather deal with a local customer that they can turn and burn transactions with, which I totally understand. But Christie took the time to engage and her timely and thorough responsiveness is a rarity, at least in my experience, and especially while working a remote deal. And she’s super personable and fun to talk to! I highly recommend her whether you’re local or not, you won’t be disappointed.

A truck in the lot had caught my eye while driving by, I stopped to look at it and some other vehicles in the lot. After looking I told the Sales person that I had other things to do and i would think about it and got a card. The sales person was polite and knowledgeable about the vehicles. After being in town and discussing it with my spouse we decided to go back and look at a truck more. I looked up the KBB and NADA values for my vehicle and the one that we were looking at. After looking at the vehicle more, it had some blemishes, dents in the box, scratches on the passenger side. Even though it had the issues I was still interested at there asking price, or maybe a thousand less would be better, which was at the middle market value according to KBB and NADA. The sales person got our information and passed it to the trade-in appraiser. This is where it went downhill. The appraiser looked at the vehicle and took it for a test drive. My vehicle is a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT 4x4 Z71. When he came back he offered me 16,500. I said no. that is not even close. According to KBB, which the web site for the dealer invites you to use, says 20,405 for average trade in. I know my truck needs a rear bumper due to a dent and a windshield because of rock chips which one has cracked. He also pointed out that a piece of plastic on the front bumper was cracked. He could not tell me what this all would cost, he did not know. Apparently that's not his job, however I looked it up. Total parts would be 1182.60, plus whatever there body shop would charge for labor. Still not 16,500. I told him that I wanted 23,000, and he told me that is retail price, which is a lie. There is a truck similar to mine for sale at a dealer in Grand Forks for 28,280. After he told me what he would give me and i said what i wanted, and he said no. I walked out. Why would I take at least 4000 less than what its worth because of a few parts it needs? they are not going to drop the price on the 2020 GMC because of dents in the box and scratches. Totally trying to take advantage of people!

I had just arrived in town when my check engine light came on. I went down the next morning to see if they could put the scanner on to see what the problem was. They were wonderful and didn't make me feel like I was putting them out because I didn't have an appointment. They put the scanner on right away and explained to me what the issue was in terms I could understand! Would highly recommend

Unbelievable! In at appointed time. Work done as expected and then to the great car wash. You need to keep the service manager. He is an efficient gem! I just wish I lived closer and didn’t have to drive 98 miles to get there but I may do that in the future.

My wife and I bought a 2019 Ford Expedition from them July of 2023 for $37,000. We didn't even have the vehicle a year and in May of 2024 the vehicle broke down. Here it needed a new wiring harness for the vehicle and a computer. The windshield was replaced before we bought it and the bottom of the windshield was not sealed on the bottom of the glass so water ran into the vehicle through the glass and into the vehicle $10,000 worth of damage. We have reached out to Rydells multiple times and get told to bad you bought a used vehicle. We also were told that if we wanted to trade it in we could but our vehicle would be sold at auction because they couldn't in good conscience sell someone a vehicle with electrical and wiring problems. But apparently it's okay for us to have these issues after the sale. Bunch of crooks. Nelson Ford has been wonderful to us and working with us to get our vehicle back it is almost September and we still don't have it back. Do better Rydells

Kody Schlenvogt made buying our 2025 Trax a breeze! We were torn between a Buick Encore and the Chevy Trax and Kody was more than happy to let us take both for a test drive to finalize our decision. He was super nice, and flexible with our schedule. He really cared about getting us in the right vehicle, and best of all he was not pushy or putting any pressure on us like other salesman. He was fun to talk to and get to know. We will be going to Rydell and using Kody for our future car needs!

I live in Washington State. I was in Grand Forks August 4 - August 11, 2024. My car started making a squealing noise. In doing research on my car ( Buick Cascada) I found that when the PCV is starting to fail, that is the noise it makes. I took my car into Rydell's on August 7th and spoke with Tasha. She ran the codes and nothing showed up. I told her what it was but she didn't quite believe me and said there was nothing they could do since no codes were showing. One week later I am going home via Hwy 2 in Montana. The squeal turned into a very loud screaming and the engine light came on in Havre, MT. I pulled into Tillman Motors and they got me right in, knew exactly what the problem was and ordered the parts. Couple of days later I was back on the road. Great service Tillman Motors. Rydell needs to take a class on customer service from you. The customer CAN know their car better than you!!

I got a vehicle from Rydell. Robert Rumen helped me. I live in Fargo and he knew it may be difficult for me to go to the dealership so he sent me a video of the car and explained the condition of the vehicle. He told me that the back tires were newer than the front and pointed out a couple of scratches. He also offered to put new tires on it if I were to purchase the vehicle because he didn’t like that the tires didn’t match and he knew that was important to me. And then, he said they could deliver it to Fargo! He sent a purchase agreement and Arnie and Larry delivered it to me a couple days later with brand new tires, a full tank of gas, and spotless clean. We did the paperwork in the parking lot of my work in about 5 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!
