I had a very good experience here. We stayed for 4 days and didn't have any problems. Our poolside room was clean and very modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and very enjoyable. The location next to the highway makes it easy to navigate to other areas of the city. I will stay here again next time I'm in town.

Shower had mold, toilet didn't work, heat was difficult to maintain, bar didn't have a bartender after several minutes of waiting, highly doubt the smoke detection system worked. Pretty much an old run down hotel not being maintained.

While I was upgraded to this hotel from another hotel, I was having just a small bit of trouble with parking my rig with trailer at first. Yes, they have truck parking. No, the street is not for rig drivers normally.I did enjoy my stay. The bed, the bath, and the space to stretch my legs. Would stay again when I am in the area.

Unfortunately we made the mistake of booking this hotel. Our usual hotel was booked up so we were in a scram to find a decent one. I looked at reviews on a site and they looked promising so I booked this hotel, and boy was it a mistake! The lobby is nice, the pool is large but there is a musty and moldy smell all over the hotel, some rooms are smoker feiendly and it seeps through to the other rooms (unfortunately our room was one of them, not good for asthmatic lungs). There was hair in our bed, dust all over the place, not to mention black mold in the bathroom, and residue on the toliet seat. The smell of the rooms give a headache instantly. To top it all off there is a sports team staying here so it's extremely loud. Not worth your money at all. I'm so bummed that we wasted our money on this hotel. Would've been better to sleep at the Loves Truckstop in our car to be honest.

The bed was wonderful. Pool was so warm and nice for exercise after a long day of driving. The hot tub was hot enough to live up to its name. Breakfast was so good. Just missed hit chocolate. Service was friendly all the time. Location easy to get to.Noteworthy details: We had deluxe room options but chose regular king bed room which was delightful for us.

Not to bad, although the manager/ bar manager has a disgusting attitude and needs to leave, the bar was suppose to open at 5pm however the they didn't open till after 7:30pm.No room service to speak of and swimming pool broke down and wasn't repaired and we left a day early. The plus points are the assistant manager who was brilliant and a handful of others were ok.Wouldn't go back with that manager running things

The only thing 'nice' about staying here was the pool was heated which was nice for my two kids. Beds weren't comfortable, pillows sucked, bathroom wasn't the cleanest.Service was awful!! When I checked in the only thing the guy told me was if I park towards the back it will be closest to my room. Not even close, more like the opposite side of where my room was. Didn't tell me when breakfast was or pool hours or when check out was, nothing. He was talking to the guys behind me when I was still waiting to get my key. Then while my kids and I were in the pool, I was in the small one with my youngest and my oldest was in the big pool, the guy from the front desk was about to yell at my oldest because he "didn't see me". And then I went to ask the same guy to break a 20 for games for my oldest to play, he was on the phone with someone before hand and slammed the phone down and said "I hate so and so people". Breakfast was awful too! Only two kinds of cereal, the juice was out, sausage was disgusting and the breakfast area was messy. I won't be staying here again! Definitely not worth the $100 for a night...Rooms: They need serious updating!

I stay here every few months for the pool and hot tub! They allow dogs, but it's $15/night per dog, which gets spendy sometimes. The people at the front desk are usually friendly and inviting. About every other time I stayed, my room key doesn't work, but last time they were upgrading all the locks, so hopefully that helps! The cleanliness of the rooms could use some work, but I think that's everywhere these days!Safety: Never had safety concerns, there's a lot of construction guys that usually stay at the hotel, and sometimes sketchy people that walk by, but never been bothered.Walkability: Walking distance to McDonald's, Gas stations, and Long Haul SaloonFood & drinks: Restaurant/bar in the hotel, but hit or miss with being open on time.

You certainly get what you pay for. Honestly I think it's a good deal. I'll start with the good. The pool is huge, seemed clean and it was very warm. The attached hot tub is about 100 degrees. Next up is the breakfast. It's a really nice little set up they have there. You have your choice of scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles (a DIY waffle maker), bagels, toast, coffee, juices, yogurts as well as all the jams and even cream cheese. The breakfast adds a ton of value as going out for breakfast can certainly cost $15 per person. The lobby and halls were clean and presentable. The front counter staff were very polite and welcoming. Now to the things I think need improvement. I didn't like that the building wasn't very secure. Although there's room key readers on the entries, none of them were active and anybody could walk in. The beds were not great, but acceptable for the one night we stayed. I think I'd stay somewhere else if I were staying in GF longer. Our AC unit was on, but it barely put out any cold air. Our poolside room (127) was quite musty and very warm. Yes, it could use some updating etc, but honestly if that was to happen, the price wouldn't be sub $100.I think for the price you pay, it's worth it. Depends what's important to you. If you don't care about a slightly more springy bed and are willing to look past some minor deficiencies, then this is a good place to stay to save a few bucks and still be acceptable. We loved the pool and breakfast. I just know personally, I couldn't stay there too many nights as my back didn't agree with the bed. I really wish they'd secure the doors more though. Travelling with a family you always want to feel as secure as possible. Will we stay there again? Maybe.Rooms: Need improvement. Sorta grungy. Beds are maybe 4/10.Safety: Key activated entry door locks need to be activated. Hotel is not secure.Food & drinks: The hot breakfast is great in my opinion. Scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, toast, as well as coffee and juices.

Ramada used to be the higher end but they really fell down to motel 8 levels.Rooms were okay... not the cleanest. The shower was awful. You get either ice cold or scorching hot.The AC was laughable... a tiny window unit placed into the wall like some hillbilly mobile home and it did not do the job.No elevator. Not much in the way of trash cans outside for dog waste.Pulling in it looks dilapidated. The parking lot looks recently blacktopped they must have gotten the lowest rated company to do it because it is not good. And the sign is half broken.Just another run down hotel they *updated* but not really. Also the building is not secure at all. No entryways require keys.

I only had one issue and that the building needed some major maintenance done to it. The back step needs to be painted yellow or marked by a watch your step. I just about fell on my face going out the building. But awesome everything else. :)

The room was big enough to park 2- 1976 LTD's. The throw back to the 1970's decor was interesting and the infinite hot water was appreciated. The large refrigerator/freezer was a nice surprise.
