2800 S Columbia Rd # 123, Grand ForksBack at the end of March I was scrolling through the website planning my birthday as I wanted to look at puppies. I stumbled upon a Newfoundland a dream breed. The staff were absolutely amazing answering all my questions over the phone. The multiple times I called that day explaining the the process. I was able to put him on hold till I was able to get there that evening. When I arrived each one of the staff were amazing yet again. They even weighed him for me before I left so I could track his weight until his first vet visit. I can’t say enough how amazing they were and how happy I was with my experience.

Best Friends Grooming Salon
1323 9th Ave S, Grand ForksWe switched to Best Friends and are so glad we put our trust in them. Our Tucker has an auto-immune disease, so bringing him and our other dog anywhere was risky. They got us in first thing in the morning and picked them up soon after. The business was clean, people are pros, and our pups looked and felt wonderful. Thank you Best Friends.

1521 Demers Ave, Grand ForksI brought my antsy female 2 year old to the groomer. It's her 2nd one in her 2 years. She bathed, brushed and trimmed her the golden retriever style. Also cut her nails. I feel she did a wonderful job. Especially with my golden when she gets relaxed, she wants to layd back from rhe sitting position. I'm sure hard to keep her upright. They did a wonderful job of taking care of all her check ups and her medical needs. We put Coco down on June 24 at the age of 16, the staff at petcetera were caring and compassionate up to the end of Cocos life. We highly recommend them.

1150 40th Ave S, Grand ForksMy pets have been going to Petcetera since they opened. They have always received extraordinary care, especially my boy, Jack who had several health issues in his senior years. Dr Lord was always accessible & attentive. She, and the rest of the staff treated him like their own. When I had to put Jack to sleep last week, Dr Lord was so caring and empathetic which made a very heartbreaking time more comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough.
Regarding an undeserved previous review I read, the fact that they aren’t accepting new patients at this time has zero to do with the ridiculous claim that they don’t care about pets and it’s all about money. It means they’re full at the moment. That’s it. That has nothing to do with the care they provide their patients, which is exceptional.

2325 32nd Ave S, Grand ForksHey y'all! we are new to the greater Grand Forks area, I called every Vet office and Kindness Animal Hospital had the very best phone etiquette! super friendly staff upon arrival, eager to help me and my three large dogs make our way into the office safely. we loved our vet Tech, Crystal! (sorry if I misspell names) Dr. Emmet is one of the kindest Doctors I have worked with and I've had dogs since coming into the world lol. Our visit was for a wellness exam and vaccination updates. 2325 32nd Ave S, Grand ForksWe just moved to the area and my dog got a lump on his leg. Please imagine me crying calling every vet I could to get him in asap. Kindness Animal Hospital had the earliest availability. They were polite. They were kind. The vet took the time to explain everything to me. He said something that made it obvious he had actually read my dog’s vet records before we came in! I had a great experience. Fingers crossed Cooper is on the road to recovery and thank you to the amazing staff for getting us taken care of!

Staff was all very patient and did amazing in keeping him calm and covering all bases to make sure nothing was missed. Not our regular vet but definitely plan on returning.

7254 S Washington St, Grand ForksWe have been bringing our dog here for daycare for six years (since he was a puppy.) He absolutely loves it, and the staff treat him like a prince. Every morning, they greet him by name and he happily follows the caregiver to the back. They are so caring and attentive. We tried another daycare initially, which was closer to our home at the time, but noticed that the care was just not the same. - The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has ample space. I especially love that it is out of the busy city where my dog can watch for wildlife in the trees. - We cannot recommend this daycare enough!!

17 N 3rd St, Grand ForksNice quiet Sunday, good music, good drinks, and a great pizza. Tried the Pickle Me Rick pizza and it was fantastic. The crust just the right amount of crispness, and the toppings were a great balance. It was fun to hit up the fizzy pop selection and the beers were equally good. The unicorn beer gets your attention with its unique flavor, even got some to take home. It was a wonderful first visit. UPDATE: Mar 30th, a must try, the heat wagon pizza. Yes, it has ghost pepper cheese, but it's not super hot, just right. Goes well with the laughing taffy banana beer. It's odd but it works.

There was a young guy that was really really high playing the guitar when we were there he was really good ???. It is a bit pricey. I just got spoiled on Los Angeles and San Diego and Tijuana. But the food is comparably just as good. Good service clean place five stars for sure ?

We waited a long time for our food BUT I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed someone more kind working in customer service. You could tell they were flustered, but they kept cool, greeted everyone, offered free drinks and cookies for the wait, and even took extra time to help a woman walk her order to her vehicle (because she had 2 bags and it was very snowy outside). Plus our food was delicious! Very awesome experience despite the long wait, highly impressed with the staff. Will be back.

Circle of Friends Animal Shelter Medical Center
4375 N Washington St, Grand ForksI am both an adopter and a volunteer for this shelter. Despite some reviews you see and the bad press of the past, the organization I see now is beyond reproach. The people that work there (most days only two) give the utmost care. They know the pets and sometimes their past. They help volunteers learn how to help the animals get past behavioral issues and work with them personally when they have a spare moment. They do the very best with what they have and that comes from someone who served their country and knows what that means. They display excellence in what they do under many times very difficult circumstances and despite a job that can be thankless and hard their effort and care is always for those who don’t have a voice.
