“WOW!! What a wonderful experience I have received from this store. Went on a wild goose chase for the iPhone 13 pro max and finally found this store that had it in stock, even called them to make sure they could hold it for me and the manager which was also very helpful and kind said “of course yes we will put it on hold.” Drove an hour to purchase it and left 4 hours later, the best customer service I have ever received all I know is Lucas deserves a raise or even become a manager because he had the most amazing service I could’ve asked for! 100000000/10 recommend this Verizon store and ask for Lucas or the manager if you need anything because they are truly the most helpful people to work with for switching and upgrading phones!”

AT&T and Asurion do not communicate very well -which made it very difficult to get my replacement phone that cost $275 !! My phone was new 3 months ago and what they sent me was a Certified Restored Phone (with scratches on it )for a current model iphone 15 Pro.
