The app and website are constantly going down, they can't seem to figure out how to add me an authorized user to my own account, and they fraudulently charged my former roommate's card(which she had previously removed from the account) for my bill instead of the bank account I had marked for autopay. I will be leaving for a different company as soon as I finish my research on local options, Midco has fallen victim to the enshittification of every other major company and I will not miss them.
The techs have always been kind, polite, and helpful though. The company itself is terrible and I would cheer to see it fall.

I am soooo happy to have gotten rid of MIDCO….very slow Internet…frequent loss of service….hours on the phone to get things to work and extremely pricey.

Would be helpful if they included handicap accommodations for their customers while waiting. Waited almost half an hour STANDING! Not good for those who already have a difficult time with mobility.

Not sure if the technicians are dispatched out of this location or not however, I would like to leave a review for our most recent service call.
Technician Brady provided the highest level of service achievable. I was most fortuitous and grateful to be the recipient of this extraordinary display of workmanship. With stellar interpersonal skills, thorough diagnostic skills, ineffable levels of patience, and a benevolent smile he provided an indelible experience in the Glessner household. Maintaining a commendable composure as I, the customer, admittedly was very inquisitive simultaneously addressing all of our concerns. Brady possesses a high level of understanding in his field and am very grateful to have experienced a quintessential expert in action. Midco is undeniably lucky to have such an exemplary employee.

I’m very pleased to have Daniel come to my home a solve an issue I had with WiFi….almost every hour my WiFi would cut in and out. When daniel came he made sure it wasn’t cutting in and out he stayed to make sure it didn’t and me and my husband appreciated that so much!!! Thanks Daniel

Great experiance picking up my equipment. We now have speedy internet that reaches the whole house. I've never seen 6 bar wifi before but it's lightning fast.

We pay alot for cable and should be able to watch the French Open. Get it together and resolve your issues with the bankruptcy channel. Not happy.

I always have a good experience when I come to this location I have been with Midco for about 8 years now I’m moving from Grand Forks North Dakota but it has been a pleasure to do business with you all of your staff members here or so nice and kind so glad to be leaving you with a credit of $30 bucks. I take pride in saying I am leaving with a credit I will be bring you the box into your location on my last billing date of June 18th 2024. It has been nice coming in all these years to nice smiles and wonderful people. Thank you all for all you do and I will see you soon bye for now.

I have been satisfied with Midco Service. However when I went into their Building in GF, ND there was an Extremely Strong Perfume/Chemical Smell in the Building. One customer got a headache and I started Coughing. The staff acknowledged the smell and said it was coming from the connected building Vents from a Nail Salon. I feel strongly that People in that Building will get ILL as it seemed very Toxic! I am concerned for those that work there!

Midco overall the service has been good to me. My problem with this store,is an older lady i spoke with the past 3x I’ve been there. Horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful. I had walked in trying to change my location and she had then said she couldn’t do it due to there system being down then told me 2 different prices another worker came to the front and all of a sudden she could do it. All the previous times as well just rude. Not sure how she gets away with talking to customers the way she dose. I’ve also read some of the reviews and as I’m not the only one who she had treated this way. Something needs to be done with this lady ! Asap
