So hard to call this store for a quick question. It literally took 10 minutes and then they hung up on me before I could speak. The phone system is some sort of stone age AI. So now, do I go there or somewhere else for what I need? It's a time consumer to be running around.

Purchased a fridge on sale and had it delivered. Delivery was quick but the fridge was badly damaged, I figured accidents happen so I refused it and decided to try again. 2nd fridge was also badly damaged, I refused that one as well. Went to Lowes and talked with the Appliance manager and he said he'd wave the $30 Delivery fee and give me a discount but I'd have to wait until the damaged unit came back to the store. Later that day I find out the fridge is onsale for $70 less than the price he said he'd give me. Went and talked to the manager again for a refund and he jerked me around saying he couldn't give me my money back. Asked for his manager and he said there weren't any. Asked for corporate and he just laughed. That's when I got really mad and sure enough there was a manager hiding in another room and after they talked he came out with my cash but again tried to short change me saying the price on the receipt is not what I paid. I'm out the money, I know damn well what I paid. I had probably a dozen people warn me not to buy appliances there and I should've listened. I'll never spend another cent in that store.

I don't know who is responsible but I have been going back and forth with frigidaire and lowes about a fridge that hasn't worked for more than a month. I have had
a non functional fridge for almost a year with warranty running out soon. How come customers get the run around with no results. You wait 30 minutes to get someone on the phone and they turn around and tell you to call the company. I have a code for a new fridge but no one answers the phone! Lowes tells me code is no good after 30 days and frigidaire tells me they will honor the code. Seriously cant believe this. Not a happy customer. I am tired of using a mini fridge!

They have Memorial Day sale. 3 days before I wanted to purchase big ticket item. They have no inventory of this bundle??? No present for girlfriend then. Why advertise if don’t have??

I needed 2 things I got in and out really quick with the help of one of the associates that works there. Pointing me into the right eye to what I was looking for quick through the checkout line. Also perfect trip.

So after dinner I went to lowes in grandforks north dakota store 1896 I bought a new Samsung electric dryer. They said they'd get it ready an bring it out front .We'll here comes this guy dryer on cart drops my tail gate loaded it an says thank you. I strap it down head for home get home open box wrong dryer it's a whirlpool which does not match my new washing machine. So I call the store they call me back an says why didn't you open the box outside to make sure it was yours then he proceeds an says were not bringing you your dryer will you expect that one which is way cheaper then what I paid for. We are foster caring at this time an I need a dryer he says I can tell you now it might be 3 to 4 days till we can make it over
Here's what beats all I said who am I talking with so I can talk it over with my wife an call you back he said you don't get my name just ask for the night manager that's all you need .I got salesmanship I'd number but how unprofessional to blame me then be disrespected that way

This place was great! The store is full of great products. The selection is fantastic. They have anything you need from tools to plants and much much more. It's well kept and the help is always there to be of assistance.

I bought a washer and it was delivered the following Monday. I thought the hoses were hooked up wrong because I had to set the water temperature to hot to get cold water. They came back and delivered the machine was defective. I called the Grand Forks store and was told they had another machine and it would be delivered Monday. It was not delivered Monday, so I called the store again and no one knew anything about it. Then I was told they had one coming in Tuesday and it ibe delivered Wednesday. Now they are telling me it won't be delivered for another two weeks.
Then I was told to call delivery people at 6:00 in the morning, and I said I thought he should call them and he hung up on me.
