Every time I've used this store when in town, they have always been nice, and shelves were stocked. It's always easy to navigate like my home Lowe's.

We spent $35,000 on a complete kitchen only to be totally screwed by Lowes. The former "kitchen designer" Steve had no idea how measurements work and ordered the wrong size cabinets. He changed everything that we signed off on without our consent. Then he blamed us and took no responsibility! It took 7 months to get cabinets and appliances installed! We talked to the cabinet dept manager Lincoln, and he literally did not care. He said we were "exaggerating" the situation. DO NOT let Lowes do your kitchen. Or any other project. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Flooring that I purchased from Lowes was buckling. I had three people here measuring and taking pictures. I also had to send in pictures. This process took over a year. The conclusion was that the sun shining from my door, not a window, caused it to buckle and they were not responsible. This is the second time I have had issues with this flooring. I thought that Nick who worked in flooring, was joking about the reason they would not replace it. Terrible customer service and terrible product if it cannot withstand the sun. I never did get the results from the first two adjusters. I have purchased many items from lowes, but this will now be the last.

I had to get corporate involved to get a refund, horrible experience! I will not shop at the Grand Forks location anymore because the flooring dept manager gives me a nasty attitude and dead eyed stare.

This is the first Lowe's I've seen that was pet friendly. I've seen dogs in other Lowe's before, but I've never brought mine in because the sign on the door always said that only service dogs were allowed. This one allows well-behaved pets to come in. The employees were super nice to my dog and even gave her a treat at the register. I'll definitely be going to this Lowe's again.

It took Grand Forks, ND, Lowes' Delivery and Installation Department (out-sourced in the Philippines) 2 weeks to deliver and install an air-conditioner. This was during the peak of the recent, Midwestern, heat-wave. I desperately needed an A.C. because I have asthma and the humidity was unbearable, not to mention I could have dropped dead from heat exhaustion. On top of this, the Delivery and Installation Dept. made, and cancelled, delivery appointments, 4 TIMES, during which I had to cancel and reschedule my medical appointments multiple times. I demanded a $100 Lowes gift card after the A.C. was finally delivered/installed by an in-store, WINDOW INSTALLATION, employee. I will not be using the gift card for any Lowes item that has to be delivered, nor, will I ever use Lowes again for anything.

We ordered over $18,000 worth of Diamond cabinets for our new home from this Lowe's thinking the customer service and quality would be better here than the competition (Menards and Home Depot) and boy were we wrong. We have had nothing but problems. We had cabinets come damaged, missing glaze on the doors, missing doors, dents, cracks, sent to the wrong address, and months and months of waiting for replacements and then the replacements coming finally with issues. We have tried to resolve things with the customer service rep at this store for weeks now and one excuse after another about the store rep not getting an answer from the Diamond cabinets rep, blah, blah, blah. If you are considering Lowe's or Diamond Cabinets for your home, you would be better off getting a custom cabinet maker to do the work. We have received nothing in terms of compensation for all we have been through and are still waiting for pieces to arrive to finish our kitchen. Worst experience ever!
