Inconsistent hours, arrived here at 7 and the doors were locked and no one in sight, the sign on the door said they were open till 10.

Afternoon “manager” on 2/23/23 at this store was screaming and cussing at a girl in the store saying that she had been smoking in the restroom. I saw that the girl who was working the cashier was just leaving the restroom and I could clearly smell the smoke coming from the bathroom before the customer went in the bathroom. Very unprofessional and highly doubt the worker who was screaming was actually the “manager” or at least not a very good one since she wouldn’t give her name to the customer she was screaming at.

Sure miss the manager that retired at the Grand Forks L&G on 42nd & University- she was there along time- has gone downhill- you should bring her back & help hire a good manager or train one - I know she retired but she was a good one

Staff are great. Friendly environment, clean store and restrooms very convenient. Always well stocked with stuff. Also very convenient when everything else in town is closed due to holidays they are not. This is my go to store for gas, food, ice, everything! Thanks to the very great staff they have working at the university loaf and jug!

I called them because I thought I left my apartment key at a pump and kindly asked if the lady working could check the pump for me. Her response was no..... I had to drive all the way back to look when she only had to take a couple steps. When I got to the gas station she was sitting and chatting with a fellow employee... DOING NOTHING there wasn’t ANYONE in the store execpt for me!! I can understand if she was busy and she couldn’t check but she wasn’t doing anything.... I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.
