Bad news about the racial discrimination. Your management ought to be ashamed.

Worked there for 14+ underpaid yrs and loved it for a decade. Then falsely accused of theft? We need Elon to clean the entire house of corrupt white collar in that plant for sure...smith/marbach #1. Never been happier today getting pd for my worth.

Terrible company in the Grand Forks community. They clog up OUR roadways with their giant trucks and they think they own the roads! Just this afternoon they had THREE of their giant trucks taking up the freeway overpass so no one could go besides their trucks. How is this even legal? I understand if they want to send one truck and make other drivers miss a single or even double turn signal, but THREE trucks takes 6-10 minutes while they make everyone else wait. Then you call their company phone number to talk to a manager and no one even answers the phone! Terrible business, I wish they would just leave the area.

Was a Moulder there for a 5 months, Orientation taught me maybe like 10% about my job, they didn't train me in. Just threw me right out into the job and told me to watch and learn and remember all the things that i got taught over the day in like 2-3 days. (There is a lot to remember) Its confusing at first but very repetitive work. When i mean repetitive i mean to the DOT. People that worked there for 5+ years are usually dicks because they think they know it all. Most people don't have patience to train you in, because they are so focused on keeping up with their work. Because Production is always running.
