I had a very good experience buying my new truck. Nick was very professional and nice to work with. When it came to setting things up in the cab he was very helpful. The person that helped me with the financial work was also really good. His name escapes me right now but made things easy for me.

I feel on the one-year anniversary of owning my jeep grand Cherokee, I should warn other buyers of this place. Within the first two weeks of driving my new vehicle it had to be taken in as it was sold to me with a blown head gasket. The dealership here in fargo said they would’ve had to of known of the issue before selling it to me. I could not get a hold of the service manager, nor the representative that sold it to me after the purchase had been made, and needed assistance with the warranty. They took so long to get back to me that my 30 day warranty expired, which I believe they were trying to do on purpose, and I had to go through the extended warranty, which was much more of a process. Six months after I had to replace the radiator and truly feel I was sold a lemon in my first car purchase independently. These people are crooked and do not deserve your business. Please stay away from them.

My son’s car got towed there 8/31 (2020 Ford Escape) and they can’t look at it until 9/7! Ford won’t give a loaner car until the dealer diagnosis the car. My son is not old enough to rent a car but needs one to get to work (crazy schedule based on flights) and school. We don’t live in Grand Forks. Ford will only allow it to be towed to another dealer within 50 miles so no option there, we checked. Looks like my husband and I will be spending our next two Saturdays driving two cars to Grand Forks. And, I get to go without a car for a week because I don’t have any other options.Also, a couple of weeks ago my son needed a panel replaced. Went there and they spent hours looking at his car to finally come out and say they didn’t have the right part. My son went back when they supposedly did have the right part only for it to be the wrong one because no one checked. He finally got it fixed the third visit.Not impressed…..

Needed to bring car in for a recall. Called in and got put on the schedule for 3 weeks later. Fast forward, show up in the morning to drop off the car only to be told they don't have the parts in. Guy tells me I can leave the car there if I want and they can get around to it in 2 weeks time...He then proceeds to blame their receptionist for the mishap and stares at me blankly. Why not call me ahead of time to say parts aren't in? Why schedule the appointment at all if parts aren't available?

They waited at the time the vehicle was delivered to disclose that only a single fob was being provided. Refused to provide a second fob after a couple weeks of exchanging messages, finally said that it was policy and couldn't do anything other than sell one. Messages to management went unresponded; Disappointed, expected better but received less.

Bought a used 2020 F150 from these folks. They made the deal right by making sure the vehicle was spotless inside and out after it was properly detailed the first time. They also had the bed Rhino Lined free of charge. Jace did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable during the buying process, would recommend him to anyone!

Careful when buying from this place. They won't stand behind there sales at all. Sad when you purchase a $60,xxx vehicle had it for 20 days and blows up and they won't do a thing for you.

I have to admit, lithia Ford in grand forks is getting better and better with their service department!!! Efficiency and quality describe their work. The service advisors and managers are definitely top notch!!!

Salesmens name was Sean. Everything started good, then wanted me to trade in my $23,000 vehicle that is my wife's for a $13,000 truck and put $5000 down. Can't seem to talk to anyone else there. After awhile they ghost you after pulling your credit and have to go some where else.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a 2022 Ford Escape with 2,800 miles on it from them on May 27th. I was told I was going to be able to take the car home that day. I signed all of the financial paperwork and was excited to get my car. AFTER I signed the paperwork, the salesman told me that he would love to detail the car for me and could deliver it to me the next day (1 hour away). I happily accepted!The next day, I didn't hear a single word. I tried to call lithia and had no luck, the phone just rang.I kept calling for the next 3 days and finally got ahold of someone. He told me that they found glass shards in the air conditioning and would fix it and have it to me within 2 days.I did not hear a work back for the next week. At this point, I was getting a bit worried. My fiance tried to call to get more information on what was happening and was told from the salesman that sold us our car, "Don't you ever talk to your wife? I just explained what happened to her. So you can call and ask her". At this point, I knew I had made a horrible mistake buying from somewhere that I had heard horror stories about.After two weeks with no car and no word, I went into the store unannounced and talked to the manager Bob. He apologized that it was taking so long and got me into a brand new rental car (the only thing they did right). He also gave me a couple free oil changes in exchange for the crappy service/time. He went to check on my vehicle and said he would have it to me in two days for sure.Of course, two days came along and I hadn't heard a word from Lithia. Also, managers do not pick up the phone. It had now been 3 weeks and had no idea what lithias next step was going to be. I told them I wanted out of the deal because of the lack of communication, rudeness, and the fact that I am carless after already purchasing. They told me that there was no way for that to happen and that they have never done that for somebody. They told me that I had already signed the papers to own the car so there was no turning back - even though I hadn't even had the car in my own hands yet.Thankfully, two weeks later the manager called me and told me they found MORE wrong with the car and that they were going to cancel the deal at their own fault for not looking the car over prior to selling it. I am thankful that it was cancelled because I cannot imagine doing business with a company like this any longer than I had to.I HIGHLY suggest not purchasing from here as it was easily the worst experience I have ever had from a company. I have no idea how this place is still running. All the stories you hear about this place are true. Don't waste your time.On the flipside, C&M ford of Hallock, MN has been great to work with. I sure feel put on a pedestal compared to this place. Run while ya can!

My husband buy one car in Lithia Ford. They are really kind team, so helpful and give us really good deal. The car is used but still working really awesome. I look at for a new car, i will go back with them and find the good car for me with the help from their team. I love how beautiful place, clean room, restrooms, drink, coffee area. Showrooms is awesome. The room wait for the service is really relaxing

Dropped my vehicle off Friday morning for some warranty work. Cody was my service advisor. Lied to me about what was actually done to my vehicle and heard it was done days in advance and was told what was actually done to it. No updates what so ever from him had to get there Monday to get anything said and had to call multiple times to finally get to talk to him. Truth goes a long way and so does contacting your customers. If it wasn’t for Nick Bergan and the honesty of their mechanics here (which all of them are great and work dang hard!) I would turn business the other way.On a positive note I appreciate the work done by the mechanics here to get my truck fixed!

I typically hate the dealership experience,, but the staff at Lithia Ford of Grand Forks were friendly and not as pushy as other dealers I've worked with. I traveled pretty far to buy a vehicle from them, and I was very concerned that I would wind up frustrated by the dealership experience and flying back home without a vehicle. They treated me well, were honest about the condition of the truck I bought, and offered a lot of options without being pushy about the things that I didn't want.

As a buyer located in Florida I was concerned the remote inquiry process would be an issue. These concerns were eliminated immediately though because of Ford Lincoln of Grand Fork's professionalism and responsiveness! The salesman Sean was extremely accommodating to my requests and quickly got back to me with whatever information I requested. Thanks Ford Lincoln of Grand Fork's!

We drove into the parking lot to look at what they had in stock. Many new and used available. We narrowed it down to 2. When we went inside we were greeted by our Salesman Sean. We were in town for hockey so we had limited time. We sat down and talked about trade value on my current vehicle which they came back with a very reasonable trade offer. All 3-Sales, Trade, & Financing went above and beyond for us. It was definitely one of the best vehicle purchases I've ever experienced. My husband dislikes the purchasing process of a vehicle and he even agreed that it was a great experience. We came home with our New 2022 Expedition Max Limited.
