I was in and out of the store. It was very empty no one was there so it wasn't appealing.

I always come here when visiting from Canada. If they got rid of the JC Penny in Grand Forks - would have to go to Fargo instead, lol. This store is clean (for an older store) and typically well stocked. There is always clearance and good deals!
