“The hotel seems pretty new. We enjoyed that they had breakfast in the lobby for you to purchase. They had a little tiny store for snacks with a great selection. On cold nights we appreciated sitting by the fireplace in the lobby. The whole staff was great, very kind and willing to help. For people who like to resort to a drink at the end of the day, they also had a bar in the lobby. So that’s a plus. We all want to have the option. ?
Rooms: Our room had a peloton bike and yoga mat for us to enjoy. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little too soft for my taste. I was happy I brought another little pillow with me. Bathroom was spacious, and we enjoyed the nice hot water. We also appreciated that the closet had some hangers. I find that most hotels do not provide many hangers.”
“Great service. Rooms are very nice and very comfortable beds. I have a very bad back & sleep in a special bed at home & this is the 1st hotel bed that didn't hurt my back. I was impressed with the maid service and the front desk. Very personalized service,seems actually interested in their customers needs and experience. Nice change compared to some other hotels I've stayed in recently. Breakfast could use tweak. But other than that they could compete with any 5 star hotel,like the Omni or the Four Seasons in DC.”
“My husband & I were near the area for a funeral, we didn't plan on staying, but we were exhausted & called around to quite a few places, Staybridge had one room left, so we took it. We had issues with our cards upon check in, the front desk ladies were extremely kind & patient. After a few hours, we were able to get our card to work & check in. I cannot say enough how grateful we are for the staff! Our already stressful day was made so much better by the staff. The room was very clean & comfortable, our poor pup had plenty of room to stretch.
Being from a small town, we are not use to bigger cities & we had absolutely nothing but a positive experience in Grand Forks & the people here! We will definitely be back!”
“Joanna helped me with our reservation for 4 rooms and she was amazing!! She was patient and very helpful. Heather greeted us at check in. She was pleasant, kind and helpful. She tried to accommodate all our requests ( even if they were crazy). Clean updated room and bed was comfy.

“Stayed here while we got our son situated for fall semester at UND. Although this property is not new, the room was quiet with good a/c and lots of space, especially in the bathroom for multiple occupants. Breakfast had your usual continental fair with hot items offered as well. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.”
“My partner and friends love staying here .. there is manager in the evening who is very accommodating and helpful with anything at all…he’s always been cool with me
