From educating us on the different mattresses, showing different options for couches/bedsets/tables/ottomans/etc to coming when hearing the mighty bird calls. It was truly a memorable experience. “My son and I were greeted as soon as we entered, but we're not pressured or bothered every second we were there. The manager came over and asked if we had questions, which I did of course! Answered thoroughly, let us continue browsing and so helpful once we made our decision. This is the 2nd time I have been here and cannot give enough raves on the service and selections”
