“OrangeTheory is the best! Before when I would go to a gym all I would use is the treadmill. I didn’t know what to do with the weights. Now when I go to OrangeTheory all I have to do is show up. The coaches just show me what to do. The workouts are challenging and I leave feeling so accomplished. The coaches, staff and members are all great!”

“The first thing I did when I arrived to Grand Forks was search for a place to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I came across Progressive Martial Arts and had to give it a try. Having trained before, I already knew what I was looking for in a gym: good training curriculum and a great environment to practice. In my experience, it can be hard to find these two things in one gym- it’s usually one or the other. Needless to say, I found it! Here I am 2 years later with enough technique to feel confident enough to compete and with a team I can call my second family. I owe it to this gym for continually helping me hone in my technique and provide a space I can escape and just train.”

“Swim lessons here are A+My son and daughter have both learned to swim here and even asked to come back just for fun and learn more. Usually we're able to have small groups and individualized instruction even within the group. Peace of mind that a child can swim is priceless.”

“They have enough equipment to get the job done, but you may need to fogure out alternate exercises at times ir go to the other one for those options. Open 24/7. And not a lot of kids hanging around tying up machines, talking. People here are friendly and are focus:d on their work outs!”

“Probably the best gym in Grand Forks. Great equipment, clean, maintained, and you can very clearly tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the space and has a passion for fitness. Definitely check it out.”

“This was my first time using these facilities via a good-value seven-day pass. The facility is expansive and offered services beyond my need for strength building equipment. The staff is welcoming. The equipment in sufficient number, good variety, and repair. The locker room was clean and secure. I enjoyed my daily morning visits. The only negative was that I found the floor exercise area to be noticeably dirty to the touch. It seemed to be adequately cleaned only twice during a seven-day period.”

“I like how cheap it is but I wish it was open earlier and longer. 30 minutes in the morning isn’t really cutting it for me. Thinking about changing gyms to fit my needs more. They give perks to people signing up new like $15 a month but nothing for existing customers”
