The car buying process was easy and quick, but I do have one complaint. I purchased a used 2020 Toyota RAV4, and I was told they were waiting on the 2nd key fob for it and would mail it when they got it. 5 months later and no 2nd key fob was ever mailed and I was told to go get one at a Toyota dealership. I wasn’t expecting to have to go buy a 2nd key fob myself when I was told one would be mailed.

Couldn't get a response on the phone or email all day. Drove 5 hours to buy the vehicle. Website and door say they close at 6pm. People inside say they are after hours at 5. Grrr. No excuse is acceptable.

Todd is a wonderful and patient salesman. He’s been there for years and had all the knowledge I needed to make my decision. The whole experience from start to finish was as smooth as could be. Chris, the finance manager offered me an awesome extended warranty policy to go with my 2020 certified Subaru Impreza that’ll give me peace of mind up to 100k miles! Paperwork was signed and I was out of there within a half hour from walking in the doors. Their service and parts departments are top notch. The best part is they aren’t trying to sell you up on the bunch of unnecessary stuff for profit. They’re literally for the PEOPLE and earning your business. You can trust them through and through with your big purchase and anything you need to keep it running on the road. THANK YOU, GRAND FORKS SUBARU KIA!

I've only dealt with the service department, but they've always been courteous and done the work on my car as quickly, or quicker, than could be expected. They always seem ready, knowing what I've called and asked about, and repair costs haven't been the usual body parts that tend to be expected from a dealership. In short, courteous staff at a not unreasonable price.

I had the pleasure of working with Justin for my first ever car purchase. I didn’t know what to expect with the process, but he made it so easy and exciting. He answered my questions with confidence and honesty which I greatly appreciated. He was extremely relatable and truly took out any stress that probably comes with buying a car for the first time. Absolutely the worst service department on earth. Did the wrong work MULTIPLE times (even after admitting it... did the wrong work again). I was charged multiple times for work that was never done. Kyle is an abysmal failure of a service manager and does not supervise the department or make sure that work is done properly. I don't know if the intent was fraud, but I felt ripped off by the poor service and fraudulent charges. Kyle should be ashamed (and fired). His techs are not qualified to work on a complicated lawn mower.. not if it has an engine with moving parts. I gave them multiple chances to get it right and was way too nice for way too long given the disservice and disrespect for my patronage.

I wasn't certain if my antifreeze level was ok in my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek and I was going out of town during our cold spell. I called to ask if they would check it for me. They did so and checked all fluids. They added a bit of antifreeze and I was on my way. No appointment necessary. No charge to me. A super friendly and accommodating service staff always!

Horrible service. Car has been in the shop for 3 months and still no idea even what is wrong. Never buy a Subaru again. Don't go to this dealership. They are incompetent in my experience.

I had an electrical issue that caused my battery to drain overnight. The service department made a walk in appointment for me during what appeared to be an already busy morning. The technician diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly and took the time to explain to me what the cause was. I know that this is what everyone there is paid to do, but I felt like they went out of their way to help me out.
