I called to talk to the grand forks store directly to get what I needed answered, not to deal with phone tag at customer service to have a call back order submitted. Sadly they didn't have a 0 star available. Update: never did get that call back. Re-Re update still no update, they're service isn't what it used to be

Excellent service. I had not one, but two employees helping me with a small problem that I had. Between the two of them , they got it figured out. Sure, they may be a little more expensive than other places, but their service certainly makes up for that. The best part is they found me, I didn't have to look around for them to come and help. Would highly recommend.

I wouldn't bring a computer to get fixed here. They can't fix on the spot, so they ship it away. Both quotes I had to fix the laptops where more $$$ then the things cost new.

The port on my computer needed to be replaced. Brady was the person who assisted me. When I went back in he said the info couldn't be backed up and the port couldn't be replaced. The mother board need to be replaced at a cost of around $500. I had the Geek protection, but the record showed it was for virus and malware removal. I told Brady I had the full protection. It took him quite a while to find the info. He didn't give up. I was covered and have full protection. Brady is great with customer service. Give him a reward for the extra mile he went to make me happy.
