Horrible bank. They cancelled my check in reserve when I needed it most and because they said I used it too much even though I always paid it on time. They also apparently require you to make 250 k to get a simple auto loan. I am single and made 75k with no debt other than a student loan and a high credit score and was told I didn't make enough for a small auto loan. I went to a credit union and haven't been happier!! Was told I could get a loan easily. This bank doesn't want customers..it did nothing for me

I just opened a checking account here. Tina is who I set up my new account with and she is great to work with. I like how she called me when there was a potential fraud alert..If your are looking into opening account at this bank I recommend Tina:)

Late fees and no loyalty to customers seems to be the go to here. Tried to work out with CS already and was awful. Go somewhere else .

Would not recommend. Customers are not important here, only the money they can make off of you.

This bank went above and beyond for a customer. After banking was finished I had car troubles and John Votava could not have been nicer and was able to assist with the car issue and even had a back up plan to help out further. I highly recommend this bank and banker due to the great customer service and helpful attitude.

Well, they closed my account, because my first piece of mail got sent back. They told me it was because of the Patriot Act. But, I've never heard of a piece of mail not getting through before. It's really strange. And they acted rude and condescending towards me, when I tried to follow up with them about it and find out what was going on. They should have informed me that there was a possibility my account could close if their 'welcome letter' didn't get received. And why would they demand a $100 opening deposit minimum if the account is that fragile? It seems like they are playing mind games on their customers and treating us like criminals. Like they are snobs who are looking for some reason to mistreat us. I got my ATM card in the mail, today, and I was willing to bring it in to prove that I have a home, because I get the feeling that not having one is a crime to them. But, that wasn't good enough. I can't really imagine them treating someone with 10s of thousands or 100s of thousands of dollars in deposits like this if their first piece of mail gets sent back. But, if they are that honest, then more power to them. I think it is elitism and this bank only wants wealthy customers and they found some way to get rid of the type of customer they don't like. I visited the branch, today and they didn't tell me there was a problem with my account or they needed to close it when I stopped by. Nor did they call me and tell me there was a problem with my address. Instead, they sent me an email telling me my account was closed and including a PDF letter that a piece of mail was sent back, so they government requires them to close my account. There was no apology and they told me they needed me to pick up my money at the branch as soon as possible. I felt like they weren't treating me with much respect. It's not like the clerk got to know me. She didn't even meet me. I opened my account in the drive thru so she only saw me from 20 feet away through plate glass. But, I guess they get some down and outers there who lie and this is their way of getting rid of undesirables. I wonder if they even sent the letter at all, or if they just made it all up, so they could get rid of me, because I don't look prosperous enough for them. I walked up to the drive thru. I don't own a car. I called another branch and the young lady didn't seem all that concerned about the psychological effect that closing a bank account on a customer under dubious circumstances might have on them. That they might find the experience degrading and insulting. She seemed so happy and carefree. It's not good for us to disturb their peace of mind and get upset about it.
