Huge shout out to Dustin, Mike, Derek, and the rest of the staff who helped get our RV back on the road. While traveling through the area on our way to Minot we had a problem with our RV diesel after treatment system that caused our engine to derate and left us stuck on the road. We were towed into Forks Freightliner late on a Thursday, but they got right on it to pull the codes and then adjusted their schedule to get us in the shop and back on the road on Friday. However the extent of the repairs needed and parts required pushed completion into the following week. Despite that they were able to get the repairs done and get us back on the road much earlier than we expected, resulting in minimal disruption to our travel plans. Communication during the process was excellent, and the price was very reasonable given the extent of the repairs required. They were also very good at explaining in layman's terms the problems they found and what they did to correct them. Highly recommend them -definitely one of the best service experinces we have had in the 4 1/2 years we have been traveling in our RV.

Unbelievable !!! Some restaurants dish takes longer time to cook than this dealer’s service time. This place paradise for truck drivers. Very quick service I ever had. I am pretty sure the service which takes at least 3-5 hours at T/A or at Loves, Fork Freightliner gave me service within 20-30 minutes. If there was 10 star i would give full 10 stars.Thank you for respecting truck drivers , especially during these hard days. My big respect ✊?
