Absolutely horrible. Good luck trying to talk to a real person. 10 heavy boxes were delivered to my house when they were supposed to go to a business out on Hwy 2. And it was pouring outside. After 20 minutes of trying to reach a real person, they told me they'd get to it tomorrow. Terrible business mentality.

Friendly and helpful. All I had to do was drop off what I was mailing with the address, they packed it up for me and did everything else. Thanks.
