Shoutout to the in-store employee, John - you’re the best. I was receiving a 2-day express package containing my dog’s urgently needed medication from my out-of-state vet. The package required a signature and I missed the driver that day because he was running late and outside the predicted window. After letting John know the situation, he helped coordinate with the driver an early drop off the same evening so I didn’t have to wait until the next day to try to pick it up. It’s not the norm and I wouldn’t expect it to be, but I can’t overstate how much I appreciated this. All other mail im happy to be patient for and don’t really mind delays, but this was super important to me and my dogs health. Seriously, thank you so much. I hope you find 20$ on the ground and a much needed raise lol.

We at J Post & Print here in Lutz Florida sought the assistance of this business today. It had been absolutely instrumental in moving our package along onto the next destination.
FedEx customer service on the other hand has no authority, no information, and no action plan to attempt to release a package from a "hold" designation. We have a serious problem relying on customer service in the wrong way, when an 800 number should suffice to resolve an issue.

I've never had good service with FedEx, either in-store or through their delivery service in town. Their delivery workers don't even bother delivering my packages, they just leave notes on my door that most of the time don't have anything written. When I am finally able to just tell them to send it to the store, it takes 3-4 days before it actually arrives. Getting serive on-location is a pain, as everyone else in town goes through the same process and has to pick up their packages as well. I wouldn't recommend them unless you're desperate.

I manage a business in town and recently attempted to use this business for our urgent shipping needs. I could tell you the whole story but instead I’ll give you the bottom line: you likely will have poor service served with a side of attitude here, and you’re likely better off going to the post office (and that’s saying something!)

If I could give FedEx ZERO stars I would. This is the worst shipping company in the Milky Way. Helen Keller could deliver faster. Wikipedia could give me a more accurate response than FedEx ever could. My packages always arrive late. Why do I pay for shipping if it never arrives on time? My packages always appear as if they have been put through a shredder and ate by a dinosaur. I wouldn’t wish FedEx on my worst enemy.

Worst business ever failed delivery. Everytime. They never come on time. Has to be a fight to get package. Wouldn't Ship my post digestion excrement through them

This is always our first choice for our printing. We print flyers, brochures, and business cards here and it's always fast and high quality. Staff is great and friendly and has caught errors we've missed in the past before things go in to print so we can fix it.

If I could give this locations 10 stars I would. Every time I have been in to ship something I have always been greeted with a smile by your staff and I can tell they love to be at work. I will be recommending this location to friends, family, and business colleagues.
