Anyone who visits, lives, or just passing through, this shop, along with Tires Plus took the best care for my vehicle than I have ever had in my entire 30 years of driving. The store clerk on the inside with the multicolored hair has the most polite introduction and referral to the shop that's open on some holidays. I had a thermostat replaced and antifreeze flush, absolutely no more overheating in 1,300 miles driving.

Whoever they have back in the shop is worthless. Stopped in because my car was overheating, two guys back there, all shop doors wide open and no one could help me. All I got was “the mechanic is gone”. Asked if they could recommend another place and the guy shook his head and said “4pm on a Friday, no”. Rude. Absolutely no help at all! If you need work on your car or last minute help, DO NOT GO HERE!!

Called up for an alignment and tire mounting at 9 am and work was done at 12 without even having an appointment. Fair price and quality work would recommend!

I'm from the north Valley and frequent Grand Forks often. Over the thirty years I've been driving, I've run into an occasional snag with a vehicle while in Grand Forks. I've used Dusterhofts at the recommendation of my local shop and have never been anything but satisfied with the speed, quality, and economy of their repair work.

I got gas there, I paid at the pump ( which I will Never do again) then went to get some groceries. With a cart full of food at the register to pay, my card kept saying insufficient funds!!! I knew that was wrong because I checked before leaving the house. So I had to walk away. In the car I checked and Dusterhoft turned 20.00 for gas, into 100.00. I called immediately and was told that oh this happens all the time!!! In acouple days it will right the wrong..WHAT THE HELL I'm 57 and HAVE NEVER had this happen. Not going back there

I used to recommend this garage to others. I can not do it anymore after the man at the counter was very rude to my daughter (accusing her off hitting something with her car causing damage to it) . She spent 400 there on work to fix it, not once but twice. Underlying problem caused the damage a third time. Took the car somewhere else to find out that the part that went faulty and caused the damage is a 25 dollar part and can be replaced properly by a four year old.
