After shopping at dollar tree for 10+ years, I come to learn they can decide if they do or do not want to complete a return.
Two days ago, I returned two craft items. Today, I attempted to return another set of craft items but was denied the ability to refund my items since the employee “has never done a return in my 10 years of working here. Plus, your items aren’t even from here.” While simultaneously going into my bag and taking the items out.
So, for future reference, if you’d like a refund, go in the morning or early afternoon for less hassle. (:

It's what you expect. Checkout lady is frequently grumpy, even rude some days. Didn't treat a disabled person in front of me very nicely.

There is Only 2 cashiers working yet but one has to leave to go blow up balloons. And the sole cashier has a line leading all the way down in the aisle. Come on poor management.
