Driving back to Canada my water pump belt snapped and the pulleys seized on the I29 about 10 minutes out of Grand Forks on a Sunday. Had to get my car back to Grand Forks, stay the night, and wait until morning. Made a bunch of calls.

I always have a great experience when I go there. I always get in right away and it doesn't take long for my oil change. If there is something that they missed, they are always so quick to fix it. I recommend them to everyone.

During a blizzard, short staffed because they had several mechanics who were not able to get to work, the agreed to help me by working on my company vehicle on short notice (dealership said they couldn't do anything for me until 5 days later - next week!) price was fair and their help on short notice was greatly appreciated!

They originally stated that it would take 4 hours for me just to get a jump for my car. When I called them after 4 hours when they didn't show up they kept on saying they where on there way. One time they put me on hold and then hanged up on me. I kept going outside and waiting in my car when they said they where heading over right away. This was unpleasant due to the fact that it was -12 degree's outside. When I called them back the last time they told me that it would be at least another 30 hour before they showed up. Having heard this before and having waited about 6 hours already I decided enough was enough and cancelled and had to call a cab to take me home.
