“While shopping in Grand Forks this past weekend, my family and I stopped in Zumiez to look around. Of course our Social Butterfly daughter, Jetty was chatting up the store associate(I wish I could have remembered her name) who was just gushing over how cute she was. My son, Aaden, with his current fixation; lottery tickets where you can choose your own numbers, in his hand started talking to the associate. He said “look at me- lottery! Pick 3, Lotto America, Powerball, Gopher 5, etc.” she smiled and looked at me. I said “Aaden loves numbers right now and combination of numbers. Gotta love Autism Fixation.” She smiled and said “if there is anything I can do here in the store, please let me know. I’ll go in the back and turn down the lights, make it more comfortable for him. What’s his favorite music?” Before I could say anything she walked over to the counter and found stickers for him to have. He was over the moon. She asked again if I wanted her to make him more comfortable. I smiled and thanked her for her kindness. I told her Aaden was okay right now and how I appreciated the thoughts and the time she had invested in Aaden. I think I was just in shock as we usually have the opposite reaction from others while out in the public. I am so thankful for people like her who take the time to see people who are different in many wonderful ways. I am also very thankful that she saw me, as a mother who may be nervous/ anxious about meltdowns or behaviors that cannot be predicted. She saw us, took time with us and that forever will be a moment in time I shall never forget. ❤️ We will always stop in when we are in Grand Forks!”
“I am hooked! Went in looking for a last minute outfit for a concert and left with what I came for and a new favorite clothing boutique. If the clothing options didn't make me want to come back the awesome staff did. They were so helpful and made me leave with a smile on my face.”
“I went to UND and always love the atmosphere of the Ralph! It's always clean, great staff, and there's not a bad seat in the house. There's always delicious food available and drinks! Although all the bars only take cash so come prepared otherwise there's ATMs available. My favorite food to get is the happy bread with Little Caesar! So delicious! Always love going to UND hockey games and how they keep the crowd engaged. As far as parking you can park on-site or park by the neighborhoods but it might be a cold walk during the winter. Always look forward coming back to the Ralph!”
“The staff where SUPER nice always open to answer question's its overall a AWESOME store!! The reason its only a 4 star and not 5 is because the prices are a little high and its in a dead mall (meant as in not many people go to that mall)- but other then that AWESOME STORE and i totally recommend this store to anyone and everyone”

“Similar to Gordman's or TJ Maxx, so a good fit for less expensive goods. Clean, not over crowded with goods and a nice variety. I liked the spice row, stuff I've never seen anywhere in town. Prices are reasonable and the store is well laid out. Good location and lots of parking.”

“Great place to find local made items. I was able to find a handful of Grand Forks and North Dakota memorabilia that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else! Items are very reasonably priced!”
