“Our initial consultation with the designer was wonderful. She was very talented and put the pieces together precisely and creatively and we ended up with a design that we absolutely love. Follow up and communication with her during the project was difficult and not at all timely. We realize she was extremely busy but not getting our concerns or questions handled led to some seriously anxious periods. Project as of this date is still not complete as they need to replace tub surround damaged during shipment and installation. Project manager very personable and responded to questions and concerns almost immediately. Very happy with him and his crew”
