“Had a great experience renting a car through the Grand Forks Airport location. Ben helped us at the counter. He was great. We will definitely use this rental location again. There was a problem with the return location. We had booked through the national phone number(not this location). When I tried to correct the situation, the national number said there was no way to make the corrections. I called this local number and the gentleman who answered was very good and corrected the situation with no issues.”
