These guys are the real deal! I brought in a couple things this past week including a nice sweater I got a pretty gnarly stain on and thought for sure it was beyond repair. So before I tossed it, I figured I’d call CR to see if there was anything they could do. I was skeptical considering I had washed it several times myself and none of my own remedies did anything to help. Fast forward a few days and the stain was completely gone. I’d trust them with just about anything. Quick turn around, friendly people, and great work!

suppose to open at 9 so i called at 9:05 and she said the employee usually runs a little late because he walks. so leave earlier? we all have schedules to keep as well. very disappointed.

If them sucking at laundry and dry cleaning wasn't bad enough the staff is also EXTREMELY RACIST. My husband went to pick up his dry cleaning and over heard (and was brought into the conversation) the woman at the counter talking to a customer about how "white is a dying race which is sad because it's the best" Unbelievable that you could be so bad at your job and then be a terrible person on top.

Brought 2 dress shirts for wash and press to Washington location. Service was rude. Picked up today which was 2 days later and the service was just as bad. No customer service skills and almost acted as if you were a bother. Will be finding a new place to spend my money.

Went and asked if they did wash and fold service. Was told yes. Asked when my items would be finished was told day after next after 5. Asked if it could sooner was told next day after 5pm. I then agreed to leave my items. Went to pick them up and not only are they not ready but they drycleaned them and want over $90! I have no clothes for work tomorrow and a huge bill. Never again!!
