Just popped in today to upgrade my son’s iPhone and had a great customer experience from David M., he was super helpful, quick, and personable. I have never had a bad experience at this location and think they do an incredible job of hiring staff who excel in customer service skills.

Omg!!!! Customer service was out of this world! I needed a new phone and they made it so easy! They were very patient and kind and even took the time to visit personally while we got set up on my new phone. A special thanks to the store manager Jason! And also a special thanks to Cole who was the representative that helped me! Hope you have a great day and I will come back to be mobile anytime!!!

They are so good and know what they are doing. Come ask for Thomas he will help u with everything and save u so much I was able to come in and he saved me $300 and I was able to walk out store and only spent $71.00 on newest phone and cases and screen protector so yes come see him he will treat u well

Used to be the best in GF. Now the manager has no customer service. Tried to up-sell me and not fix my issue. Also, activated a music service I didn't ask for and would have been charged for if I hadn't checked my account.

Smooth purchase of a Gizmo. The store associate gave great setup tips from what he learned setting their kids up and what wrist band to get since the Gizmo has an issue with this. Would come back to this store when we are ready to upgrade our phones.

I was having multiple issues with my phone and accessing Asurion in order to use my insurance for a new phone. The associate who helped me, don't remember the name, had great customer service. They helped me through the whole process and made sure when I left, I had everything taken care of and good to go. Their help was greatly appreciated. Would rather return here than the other locations in town.

My first visit went well, but it took a very long time to be able to purchase my phone. The employee that helped me was very nice and helpful. My second time was not as good. A different employee was there and I told him exactly what I wanted. He tried to push other phones onto me despite me saying I was not interested. He was not very knowledgeable about most of the phones besides the Samsung and Apple flagships.
