BEWARE!! THEY RENT OUT UNSAFE CARS!! DON'T RENT HERE. YOUR LIFE IS WORTH THE EXTRA FEW DOLLARS! I rented a car for 4 days with either bad tires or bent rims or something else. Drove on the highway for 2 hours and the car was shaking so much I thought it was going to explode! Manage said she would get me another car, but then disappeared! Drove back the last 2 hours and hoped for the best!

Vehicle was fine at pick up. Stopped about an hour from airport and car would not go into drive. Shari came with an extra vehicle and we were on our way in a very reasonable amount of time. Could not ask for better outcome. Thank you Shari and team!

Shari and her team provide the best service of any Avis branch I have ever encountered. They always go out of their way to make sure I am in the best hands possible when I am away from home and traveling & and they are always quick to assist in the event something comes up. I cannot recommend their services enough! Because of them, I will only ever rent from Avis.

Trash ExperiencePicked up a car 2.5.23. Notified staff member of concerns about the noise the car was making. Ignored!This afternoon after only driving the car about 40 mi Tire popped and I was stranded on the side of the road.I had to call 3 different times through the directory and go to three different locations driving a car on a donut. No cars at each location, unable to transfer to a new car, rude customer reps, NO one helped. NOTHING was easy. Reps at each store were rude. No one offered a resolution to the safety issue. No one apologized for my experience. Took 5 HRS and 3 trips to different Avis locations & 3 directory calls before I could at least get a car that was running ok and had four tires. To Make This Issue WORSE: While going to get to 2nd car assigned - the agents attempted to give this car with a donut to another customer!AVIS do better & care about the safety of people renting. AVIS teach agents compassion, common sense, customer focused and solution services.Awful Experience NEVER again will I utilize this agency.

Good experience with rental car. I drove Kia Sorento 2022. Our company paid for the services. Nice car!!! Don't know about price but it was probably expensive.

Brought back a rental after an afternoon rental, only put a couple miles on the car. Brought back a fuel receipt as well and preemptively handed it to the employee stating I only put a few miles on the car. As I was walking away I noticed the e-receipt come through for about 20 dollars higher than the estimate. Assuming it was the fuel fee (charged if you don't bring a fuel slip back) I turned around and quickly asked him for the printed receipt. Without even hesitating he quickly removed the fuel charge and mumbled "the system adds that automatically." WHICH IS WHY I GAVE YOU THE RECEIPT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Absolute scam he was trying to run. He knew exactly what he was doing. Second time Avis has pulled this with me, I'll be finding a new rental car company.

Needed a car as a military member in-between duty stations without knowing how many days exactly. Their website estimated around $2K for a standard SUV for a month. After all hidden airport fees and who knows what else fees, I ended up paying over $6K for 27 days with the typical "there's nothing we can do response" That's around 4 full paychecks for a military member, give or take. They will not adjust daily/weekly/monthly rates to accommodate unknown rental periods because they care about profits too much. How exactly they can falsely advertise on their site so grandly and still be in business is beyond me. Avoid this company and rent from people instead using apps like Turo. Stop supporting these overpriced/greedy corporate rental agencies.

Nickel and Dimed for gas tank that I returned full. They charged me for that saying it wasn't to the max full. Well at the gas station the gas pump stopped and the meter gauge said it was full. Then I called saying that I couldn't rerun the car at the time I said and I returned it within a 5 hour window of the time due when they were closed and they said they would not charge me for an extra day but they did. I have never been so nickel and dimed @ any rental car place. I have rented monthly since 1998. I will never rent w AVIS again. I will stick to Enterprise, Dollar, Budget, etc. So disappointed.

Booked a car for a late night arrival and during their stated open hours. There was no clerk from the time I arrived to their posted closing time. I had a 90 mile drive after arrival and no other options to complete my trip.
