When I walked into this store to get an air filter for my car, it was a little busy, but it was not crazy. There were only 2 cashiers and they were helping customers. But as I was looking for my item, no one was able to come over to me and help me figure out which one I needed until I went to go ask someone. The guy did point me to the right one, but I had to go find it myself. In my experience, the service was just ok. Not the greatest but not the worst either.

I went in today and it was 30 below zero. Casey/Kasey/K.C. helped me with my battery and even braved the elements to install it for me. I couldnt thank him enough. He was knowledgeable and professional. In my opinion this guy needs a substantial raise.

Nice clean store, and great customer service! The workers were knowledgeable of what I needed and also gave me advice. Honestly the prices here are better than all of their competitors in the area. Even beat out walmart on some of the products. Definitely recommend going here for auto parts and with any questions you might have. Will be stopping by again on my next parts run!

On 8/30/22 a bit after 1pm The customer service/store manager wouldn't warrenty the replacement part i got to replace the defective one i was sold.. that comes with a lifetime warranty. They used my phone number to look up my name when I ordered it, then printed out a different number on the receipt so I never got a call when it showed up.The manager was convinced I was returning the part I just bought. Even though I literally told the guy I bought it from "ill be right back im going to install this one and bring the defective one back in". He tried to convince me that the receipt I was emailed for the 1st part was for the one I just bought, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FROM ANOTHER CITY.Aftet he refused to warrenty the new part. I said id just return the 2nd one and buy it back so i could have the warrenty, he said i could return it, but he was going to throw it away and I couldn't buy it back. There was nothing wrong with the new part, I just wanted to make sure the warrenty followed it, since its an expensive part.I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at auto stores from across the country, and this was by far the worst customer service and overall experience I've ever had. I can deal with d**** what I can't stand are liars. Ill be contacting the district manager regarding the situation, and attempt to file a formal complaint against him personally. (The other staff were helpful and kind)

Went into the store with the print out of what I needed with the part number. Online it said they had it on hand. When I got there I was told I didn't have the store put in the search. The other guy said he had to order it from the hub location and it will arrive the next morning. I went to pick it up today a different guy helped me and was friendly. Finally got home to put the new radiator in and find out the guy that ordered it for put the wrong part number in. Very frustrating when you live 40 minutes away and can't make it back in time before close especially when they have the correct one needed

Originally went to O’Reilly and they wouldn’t change my battery because “it was too cold”. Came here and John did it no problem in -22 wind chill. Thank you John!

Chuck from Grand Forks went above and beyond. He installed my windshield wiper and also removed all the snow buildup on my windows. It was -14 out tonight and he stuck it out! Thanks, Chuck!
