“I have to give a shout out to Forx Radiator in Grand Forks.Last week I had taken my CR-V into a Fargo dealer to get my oil changed.Even though the vehicle has had zero trouble and is running perfectly, they recommended I flush three fluids for a total of $700.I understand Hondas have regular service recommendations and that is what they were going on. But, clearly, they only looked at mileage.Through the recommendation of a friend I called Forx Radiator and got a quote, which was much cheaper. Upon inspection, the mechanic called and said the fluids look like the day they were put in and advised me not to do the flushes. Total cost: $65.I am so pumped to find a company like this. Highly recommend!”
“Had some work with Golden rule a few months ago and had a noise that needed attention again. Turns out there was a bad part that they took care of under warranty from the last work that was done which was better than I expected. I was fully expecting to shell out hundreds for another repair but this was a nice surprise when everything was covered underneath warranty. “Huge shout out to Dustin, Mike, Derek, and the rest of the staff who helped get our RV back on the road. While traveling through the area on our way to Minot we had a problem with our RV diesel after treatment system that caused our engine to derate and left us stuck on the road. We were towed into Forks Freightliner late on a Thursday, but they got right on it to pull the codes and then adjusted their schedule to get us in the shop and back on the road on Friday. However the extent of the repairs needed and parts required pushed completion into the following week. Despite that they were able to get the repairs done and get us back on the road much earlier than we expected, resulting in minimal disruption to our travel plans. Communication during the process was excellent, and the price was very reasonable given the extent of the repairs required. They were also very good at explaining in layman's terms the problems they found and what they did to correct them. Highly recommend them -definitely one of the best service experinces we have had in the 4 1/2 years we have been traveling in our RV.”

“My daughter, who attends college in Grand Forks had a ball joint fail on her vehicle. I was not sure what repair shops in GF were reputable so I made some phone calls to some people I new in town. All of them recommended Craig at Nation Auto Repair.
After having the vehicle towed to the shop at 5:pm on a Tuesday afternoon, I spoke with Craig on the phone and asked him if he could fit it in the schedule in the next few days. To my surprise he called with an estimate the next morning and had the repairs done by 1pm Wednesday afternoon. The repair was done with quality parts and the price was very fair. He did not try to “upsell” any additional repairs like so many other shops do.
As an out of state parent of a college student attending UND it is nice to know there is a respectable repair shop in town if the need arises.
I highly recommend Craig and the crew at National Muffler and Auto Repair.”

“Clean, fast, friendly, nice, online check in and booking for oil change service thats very fast, free Starbucks hot drinks and a variety of cold drinks from a fountain, and courtesy ride back to your destination if needed.
