Went to this clinic to get a COVID Booster. Only one staff member administering shots. It took forever to get one shot. Next time I'll go to a pharmacy.

HORRIBLE LOCATION ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY CANT DO THERE JOB CORRECTLY! They ignore the patients pain outcry and just look at the $$ amount! If you can’t pay they basically say FU!!! Stay away and go to Sanford where they actually care about their patients

Went in for drive thru Covid testing and the testing area is barely marked just assumed because of the line of cars parked into the street. When it came time for the Covid test the nurse was very aggressive especially considering they are sticking a stick up your nose. My biggest issue is after a second try of her being rough seemingly on purpose I asked to have another nurse administer the test to which she replied no. She had red hair so I’m sure that narrows it down but she shouldn’t be dealing with people and definitely not sick ones if I knew her name I would make a complaint on her license.

I went to Altru with the worst strep in my life, they didn’t even do a strep test, they sent me home without anything and said I would get better, 2 days later I was in the ER and doctors sayed that if I waited any longer the infection would have started to eat away at the tissue. It seemed as though they were more worried about giving a prescription to a college student then they were about my health. These people have horrible customer service and have provided the worst medical experience I have had. I know go to Und Health Services, they are the best, would totally recommend Und health services.

My wife has been sick for a week with a sinus infection that she gets almost every year. We were traveling, so when we got back she took the first available appointment she could get, which was here, NOT with her usual doctor. Dr. Quinn literally said "wait it out" despite a fever and significant nasal discharge. Waste of time and money! Save yourself the trouble.

The absolute worst hospital I've ever been to. First they lose my insurance and I have to go through that hassle. Second I try to get a hold of my doctor for a birth control issue and the nurse and doctor never get back to me. I call the hospital all week for her to contact me that it is urgent and no one calls back. Such an awful way to treat patients. Never have I been treated so poorly
