I have been a customer for many years. I get all my medications filled here. Lately some of the staff make me wait 31 to 32 days to get my meds! And I've been out of my seizure medication now for 2 days because they told me I had to wait until tomorrow. I'm also out of my depression medication and bipolar medication as well because I get those 3 all at the same time. This is such a dangerous situation your pharmacy has put me in. I love some staff, yet others have put me in this situation. And its labor day and I have to wait yet another day. Missing doses of these is bad bad bad.

My rating will go up when you start wearing masks in your pharmacy. You are in a clinic where COVID testing is taking place, and serving a clientele that will OBVIOUSLY have people with pre-existing conditions. Even if you “don’t believe it’s real” you should want to do what the science suggests. If you won’t mask up then you don’t really care about your clients well-being and life.

Seems odd to review a clinic but like most places it’s all about the staff... I can not speak to other people’s experiences but I’ve all most always had a positive interactions with the good people at Altru Family Clinic

Way too slow. Called in prescription 3 hours in advance and still had to wait 50 minutes once I got here. Came up with one excuse after another.

Best pharmacy by far! Small and one of many Altru branches, but the people working there are great. Order is always ready very fast and everyone working there seems happy to be at work.
